| И# воздви1жесz вeсь с0нмъ сынHвъ ї}левыхъ t пустhни сjнъ по полкHмъ свои6мъ сл0вомъ гDнимъ и3 њполчи1шасz въ рафідjнэ. Не бsше же воды2 лю1демъ пи1ти, | And all the congregation of the children of Israel departed from the wilderness of Sin, according to their encampments, by the word of the Lord; and they encamped in Raphidin: and there was no water for the people to drink. |

| и3 хyлzху лю1діе мwmсeа, глаг0люще: дaждь нaмъ в0ду, да піeмъ. И# речE и5мъ мwmсeй: что2 хyлите мS; и3 что2 и3скушaете гDа; | And the people reviled Moses, saying, Give us water, that we may drink; and Moses said to them, Why do ye revile me, and why tempt ye the Lord? |

| Возжаждaша же тaмw лю1діе воды2 и3 роптaху на мwmсeа, глаг0люще: вскyю сіE; и3звeлъ є3си2 нaсъ и3з8 є3гЂпта ўмори1ти нaсъ и3 ч†да н†ша и3 скоты2 жaждею; | And the people thirsted there for water, and there the people murmured against Moses, saying, Why is this? hast thou brought us up out of Egypt to slay us and our children and our cattle with thirst? |

| Возопи1 же мwmсeй ко гDу глаг0лz: что2 сотворю2 лю1демъ си6мъ; є3щE мaлw, и3 побію1тъ мS кaменіемъ. | And Moses cried to the Lord, saying, What shall I do to this people? yet a little while and they will stone me. |

| И# речE гDь къ мwmсeю: пойди2 пред8 людьми2 си1ми, и3 поими2 съ соб0ю t стaрєцъ людски1хъ, и3 жeзлъ, и4мже пресёклъ є3си2 м0ре, возми2 въ рyку твою2, и3 пойди2: | And the Lord said to Moses, Go before this people, and take to thyself of the elders of the people; and the rod with which thou smotest the river, take in thine hand, and thou shalt go. |

| ѓзъ же стaну тaмw прeжде пришeствіz твоегw2 ў кaмене въ хwри1вэ: и3 ўдaриши въ кaмень, и3 и3зhдетъ и3з8 негw2 водA, и3 да пію1тъ лю1діе. Сотвори1 же мwmсeй тaкw пред8 сы6ны ї}левыми, | Behold, I stand there before thou come, on the rock in Choreb, and thou shalt smite the rock, and water shall come out from it, and the people shall drink. And Moses did so before the sons of Israel. |

| и3 прозвA и4мz мёсту томY и3скушeніе и3 похулeніе, хулы2 рaди сынHвъ ї}левыхъ, и3 занeже и3скуси1ша гDа, глаг0люще: ѓще є4сть въ нaсъ гDь, и3ли2 ни2; | And he called the name of that place, Temptation, and Reviling, because of the reviling of the children of Israel, and because they tempted the Lord, saying, Is the Lord among us or not? |

| Пріи1де же ґмали1къ и3 воевA на ї}лz въ рафідjнэ. | And Amalec came and fought with Israel in Raphidin. |

| Речe же мwmсeй ко їисyсу: и3збери2 себЁ мyжы си6льны и3 и3зшeдъ њполчи1сz на ґмали1ка заyтра: и3 сE, ѓзъ стaну на верхY горы2, и3 жeзлъ б9ій въ руцЁ моeй. | And Moses said to Joshua, Choose out for thyself mighty men, and go forth and set the army in array against Amalec to-morrow; and, behold, I shall stand on the top of the hill, and the rod of God will be in my hand. |

| И# сотвори2 їисyсъ, ћкоже речE є3мY мwmсeй, и3 и3зшeдъ њполчи1сz на ґмали1ка: мwmсeй же и3 ґарHнъ и3 w4ръ взыд0ша на вeрхъ горы2. | And Joshua did as Moses said to him, and he went out and set the army in array against Amalec, and Moses and Aaron and Or went up to the top of the hill. |

| И# бhсть є3гдA воздвизaше мwmсeй рyцэ, њдолэвaше ї}ль: є3гдa же њпускaше рyцэ, њдолэвaше ґмали1къ: | And it came to pass, when Moses lifted up his hands, Israel prevailed; and when he let down his hands, Amalec prevailed. |

| рyцэ же мwmсewвы т‰жки бёша: и3 взeмше кaмень, подложи1ша є3мY, и3 сэдsше на нeмъ: ґарHнъ же и3 w4ръ поддержaста рyцэ є3мY, є3ди1нъ tсю1ду, ґ другjй tтyду: и3 бhша мwmсeови рyцэ ўкрэплє1ны до захождeніz с0лнца: | But the hands of Moses were heavy, and they took a stone and put it under him, and he sat upon it; and Aaron and Or supported his hands one on this side and the other on that, and the hands of Moses were supported till the going down of the sun. |

| и3 преwдолЁ їисyсъ ґмали1ка и3 вс‰ лю1ди є3гw2 ўбjйствомъ мечA. | And Joshua routed Amalec and all his people with the slaughter of the sword. |

|
| Речe же гDь къ мwmсeю: впиши2 сіE на пaмzть въ кни6ги и3 вдaй во ќшы їисyсу, ћкw пaгубою погублю2 пaмzть ґмали1кову t поднебeсныz. | And the Lord said to Moses, Write this for a memorial in a book, and speak this in the ears of Joshua; for I will utterly blot out the memorial of Amalec from under heaven. |

| И# создA мwmсeй nлтaрь гDу и3 прозвA и4мz є3мY гDь прибёжище моE: | And Moses built an altar to the Lord, and called the name of it, The Lord my Refuge. |

| ћкw рук0ю тaйною рaтуетъ гDь на ґмали1ка t р0да въ р0дъ. | For with a secret hand the Lord wages war upon Amalec to all generations. |
