| Ѓще же кто2 ўкрaдетъ телцA и3ли2 џвцу, и3 зак0летъ и3ли2 продaстъ, пsть телцє1въ да воздaстъ за телцA и3 четhри џвцы за џвцу. | And if the thief be found in the breach made by himself and be smitten and die, there shall not be blood shed for him. |

| Ѓще же въ подкопaніи њбрsщетсz тaть, и3 ћзвенъ ќмретъ, нёсть є3мY ўбjйство: | But if the sun be risen upon him, he is guilty, he shall die instead; and if a thief have nothing, let him be sold in compensation for what he has stolen. |

| ѓще же взhдетъ с0лнце над8 ни1мъ, пови1ненъ є4сть, ќмретъ за него2: ѓще же не и4мать и3мёніz, да продaстсz за татьбY: | And if the thing stolen be left and be in his hand alive, whether ox or sheep, he shall restore them two-fold. |

| ѓще же ћтъ бyдетъ, и3 њбрsщетсz въ руцЁ є3гw2 ўкрaденое t nслsте до nвцы2 жи1во, сугyбw да tдaстъ |. | And if any one should feed down a field or a vineyard, and should send in his beast to feed down another field, he shall make compensation of his own field according to his produce; and if he shall have fed down the whole field, he shall pay for compensation the best of his own field and the best of his vineyard. |

| Ѓще же кто2 потрaвитъ ни1ву и3ли2 віногрaдъ, и3 пyститъ ск0тъ св0й пасти1сz на чужeй ни1вэ, да дaстъ t ни1вы своеS по плодY є3гw2: ѓще же всю2 ни1ву потрaвитъ, л{чшаz ни1вы своеS и3 л{чшаz віногрaда своегw2 да tдaстъ. | And if fire have gone forth and caught thorns, and should also set on fire threshing-floors or ears of corn or a field, he that kindled the fire shall make compensation. |

| Ѓще же и3зшeдъ џгнь њбрsщетъ тeрніе и3 запали1тъ гумно2, и3ли2 клaсы, и3ли2 ни1ву, да tдaстъ, и4же возжE џгнь. | And if any one give to his neighbour money or goods to keep, and they be stolen out of the man's house, if the thief be found, he shall repay double. |

| Ѓще же кто2 дaстъ дрyгу сребро2 и3ли2 сосyдъ сохрани1ти, и3 ўкрaдетсz и3з8 д0му мyжа тогw2, ѓще њбрsщетсz ўкрадhй, да воздaстъ сугyбw: | But if the thief be not found, the master of the house shall come forward before God, and shall swear that surely he has not wrought wickedly in regard of any part of his neighbour's deposit, |

| ѓще же не њбрsщетсz ўкрадhй, да пріи1детъ господи1нъ д0му пред8 бGа и3 да кленeтсz, ћкw пои1стиннэ не слукaвствова џнъ њ всeмъ положeніи дрyжнемъ. | according to every injury alleged, both concerning a calf, and an ass, and a sheep, and a garment, and every alleged loss, whatsoever in fact it may be,—the judgment of both shall proceed before God, and he that is convicted by God shall repay to his neighbour double. |

| По всeй речeннэй непрaвдэ, њ телsти и3 њ nслsти и3 њ nвцЁ, и3 њ ри1зэ и3 њ всeй ги1бели нанесeннэй, что2 u5бо ни бhло бы, пред8 бGомъ да пріи1детъ сyдъ nбои1хъ, и3 њбвинeнный бGомъ да tдaстъ сугyбw бли1жнему. | And if any one give to his neighbour to keep a calf or sheep or any beast, and it be wounded or die or be taken, and no one know, |

| Ѓще же кто2 дaстъ дрyгу nслS и3ли2 телцA, и3ли2 џвцу, и3ли2 всsкъ ск0тъ храни1ти, и3 ќмретъ и3ли2 поги1бнетъ, и3ли2 плэнeно бyдетъ, и3 никт0же ўвёсть, | an oath of God shall be between both, each swearing that he has surely not at all been guilty in the matter of his neighbour's deposit; and so his master shall hold him guiltless, and he shall not make compensation. |

| клsтва да бyдетъ б9іz междY nбои1ми, ћкw пои1стиннэ не слукaвствова џнъ њ всeмъ бли1жнzгw положeніи, и3 тaкw пріи1метъ господи1нъ є3гw2, и3 да не tдaстъ: | And if it be stolen from him, he shall make compensation to the owner. |

| ѓще же ўкрaдено бyдетъ t негw2, да tдaстъ господи1ну: | And if it be seized of beasts, he shall bring him to witness the prey, and he shall not make compensation. |

| ѓще же ѕвёрь снэдE, да ведeтъ є3го2 на ѕвэроsдину, и3 не tдaстъ: | And if any one borrow ought of his neighbour, and it be wounded or die or be carried away, and the owner of it be not with it, he shall make compensation. |
|

| ѓще же кто2 и3спр0ситъ ў дрyга, и3 поги1бнетъ, и3ли2 ќмретъ, и3ли2 плэни1тсz, господи1нъ же є3гw2 не бyдетъ съ ни1мъ, tдaстъ: | But if the owner be with it, he shall not make compensation: but if it be a hired thing, there shall be a compensation to him instead of his hire. |

| ѓще же господи1нъ є3гw2 бyдетъ съ ни1мъ, да не tдaстъ: ѓще же наeмникъ є4сть, да бyдетъ є3мY вмёстw мзды2 є3гw2. | And if any one deceive a virgin that is not betrothed, and lie with her, he shall surely endow her for a wife to himself. |

| Ѓще же прельсти1тъ кто2 не њбручeну дэви1цу, и3 бyдетъ съ нeю, вёномъ да tвёнитъ ю5, (и3 п0йметъ ю5) себЁ въ женY: | And if her father positively refuse, and will not consent to give her to him for a wife, he shall pay compensation to her father according to the amount of the dowry of virgins. |

| ѓще же возбранsz возбрани1тъ и3 не восх0щетъ nтeцъ є3S дaти ю5 є3мY въ женY, сребро2 да воздaстъ nтцY, є3ли1кw є4сть вёно дэви1ческо. | Ye shall not save the lives of sorcerers. |

| ВолхвHмъ живы6мъ бhти не попусти1те. | Every one that lies with a beast ye shall surely put to death. |
|

|
| Всsкаго со скот0мъ бывaюща смeртію ўбіeте є3го2. | He that sacrifices to any gods but to the Lord alone, shall be destroyed by death. |
|

|
| И$же жeртву прин0ситъ богHмъ, смeртію да потреби1тсz, но т0чію гDу є3ди1ному. | And ye shall not hurt a stranger, nor afflict him; for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt. |

| И# пришeлца не њѕл0бите, нижE њскорби1те є3го2: пришeлцы бо бёсте въ земли2 є3гЂпетстэй. | Ye shall hurt no widow or orphan. |
|

|
| Всsкіz вдовы2 и3 сироты2 не њѕл0бите: | And if ye should afflict them by ill-treatment, and they should cry aloud to me, I will surely hear their voice. |
|

|
| ѓще же ѕл0бою њѕл0бите |, и3 возстенaвше возопію1тъ ко мнЁ, слyхомъ ўслhшу глaсъ и4хъ | And I will be very angry, and will slay you with the sword, and your wives shall be widows and your children orphans. |

|
| и3 разгнёваюсz ћростію, и3 побію2 вы2 мечeмъ, и3 бyдутъ жєны2 вaшz вдwвы2, и3 ч†да в†ша сирwты2. | And if thou shouldest lend money to thy poor brother who is by thee, thou shalt not be hard upon him, thou shalt not exact usury of him. |

| Ѓще же дaси сребро2 взаeмъ брaту ни1щему и4же ў тебє2, не бyди є3го2 понуждazй, нижE наложи1ши є3мY ли1хвы. | And if thou take thy neighbour's garment for a pledge, thou shalt restore it to him before sunset. |

| И# ѓще зал0житъ въ зал0гъ ри1зу дрyгъ тв0й, до захождeніz с0лнца tдaси є3мY: | For this is his clothing, this is the only covering of his nakedness; wherein shall he sleep? If then he shall cry to me, I will hearken to him, for I am merciful. |

| є4сть бо сіS покровeніе є3мY, сіS є3ди1на ри1за стыдёніz є3гw2, въ чeмъ спaти бyдетъ: ѓще u5бо возопіeтъ ко мнЁ, ўслhшу є3го2: млcтивъ бо є4смь. | Thou shalt not revile the gods, nor speak ill of the ruler of thy people. |

| БогHвъ да не ѕлосл0виши и3 кнsзю людjй твои1хъ да не речeши ѕлA. | Thou shalt not keep back the first-fruits of thy threshing floor and press. The first-born of thy sons thou shalt give to me. |

| Начaтки t гумнA и3 t точи1ла твоегw2 да не косни1ши принести2 (мнЁ): пeрвенцы сынHвъ твои1хъ да дaси мнЁ: | So shalt thou do with thy calf and thy sheep and thine ass; seven days shall it be under the mother, and the eighth day thou shalt give it to me. |

| тaкw сотвори1ши телцY твоемY, и3 nвцЁ твоeй, и3 nслY твоемY: сeдмь днjй да бyдетъ ў мaтери, въ nсмhй же дeнь да tдaси џное мнЁ. | And ye shall be holy men to me; and ye shall not eat flesh taken of beasts, ye shall cast it to the dog. |

| Лю1ди свsти бyдете ми2, и3 мsса ѕвэроsдиннагw да не снёсте, псHмъ повeржете є5. |
