| And David took counsel with the captains of thousands and captains of hundreds, even with every commander. | И# сотвори2 совётъ давjдъ (со кн‰зи) и3 ты6сzщники, и3 сHтники и3 всёми нач†лники, |

| And David said to the whole congregation of Israel, If it seem good to you, and it should be prospered by the Lord our God, let us send to our brethren that are left in all the land of Israel, and let the priests the Levites who are with them in the cities of their possession come, and let them be gathered to us. | и3 речE давjдъ ко всемY собрaнію ї}леву: ѓще ўг0дно вaмъ, и3 t гDа бGа нaшегw благопоспэши1тсz, да п0слемъ къ брaтіzмъ нaшымъ њстaвшымсz во всeй земли2 ї}левэ, и3 съ ни1ми свzщeнницы и3 леvjти, во градёхъ њбдержaніz и4хъ, да соберyтсz къ нaмъ, |

| And let us bring over to us the ark of our God; for men have not enquired at it since the days of Saul. | и3 да принесeмъ ківHтъ бGа нaшегw къ нaмъ, не взыскaхомъ бо є3гw2 во дни6 са{ли. |

| And all the congregation said that they would do thus; for the saying was right in the eyes of all the people. | И# tвэщA всE собрaніе, да тaкw бyдетъ, занE ўг0дно бhсть сл0во сіE всBмъ лю1демъ. |

| So David assembled all Israel, from the borders of Egypt even to the entering in of Hemath, to bring in the ark of God from the city of Jarim. | И# собрA давjдъ всего2 ї}лz t предBлъ є3гЂпетскихъ дaже до вх0да и3мafова, є4же внести2 ківHтъ б9ій t грaда їарjма. |

| And David brought it up: and all Israel went up to the city of David, which belonged to Juda, to bring up thence the ark of the Lord God who sits between the cherubim, whose name is called on it. | И# принесE є3го2 давjдъ: и3 вeсь ї}ль взhде во грaдъ давjдовъ, и4же бsше їyдинъ, є4же вознести2 тaмw ківHтъ гDа бGа сэдsща на херувjмэхъ, и3дёже при1звано є4сть и4мz є3гw2: |

| And they set the ark of God on a new waggon brought out of the house of Aminadab: and Oza and his brethren drove the waggon. | и3 постaви ківHтъ б9ій на колесни1цу н0ву и3з8 д0му ґмінадaвлz: џза же и3 брaтіz є3гw2 ведsху колесни1цу: |

| And David and all Israel were playing before the Lord with all their might, and that together with singers, and with harps, and with lutes, with timbrels, and with cymbals, and with trumpets. | давjдъ же и3 вeсь ї}ль и3грaху пред8 бGомъ всeю си1лою и3 въ пёснэхъ и3 въ гyслехъ, и3 pалти1ри и3 тmмпaнэхъ, и3 кmмвaлэхъ и3 въ трубaхъ: |

| And they came as far as the threshing-floor: and Oza put forth his hand to hold the ark, because the bullock moved it from its place. | и3 пріид0ша ко гумнY хідHню: и3 прострE џза рyку свою2, да поддержи1тъ ківHтъ, ю3нeцъ бо ўклони2 є3го2: |

| And the Lord was very angry with Oza, and smote him there, because of his stretching forth his hand upon the ark: and he died there before God. | и3 прогнёвасz гDь гнёвомъ на џзу и3 порази2 є3го2 тY, тогw2 рaди, ћкw прострE рyку свою2 (и3 прикоснyсz) ківHту, и3 ќмре тY пред8 бGомъ. |

| And David was dispirited, because the Lord had made a breach on Oza: and he called that place the Breach of Oza until this day. | И# њскорби1сz давjдъ, ћкw пресэчE гDь пресэчeніемъ џзу, и3 наречE мёсто то2 пресэчeніе nзaне, дaже до днE сегw2. |

| And David feared God that day, saying, How shall I bring the ark of God in to myself? | И# ўбоsсz давjдъ бGа въ т0й дeнь, глаг0лz: кaкw внесY ко мнЁ ківHтъ б9ій; |
|

| So David brought not the ark home to himself into the city of David, but he turned it aside into the house of Abeddara the Gethite. | И# не возврати2 давjдъ ківHта къ себЁ во грaдъ давjдовъ, но возврати2 и5 въ д0мъ ґведдaра геfeина: |
|

| And the ark of God abode in the house of Abeddara three months: and God blessed Abeddara and all that he had. | и3 пребывaше ківHтъ б9ій въ домY ґведдaровэ три2 мцcы, и3 блгcви2 бGъ ґведдaра и3 вс‰, ±же и3мёzше. |
