And it came to pass after two full years that Pharao had a dream. He thought he stood upon the bank of the river.
|
|

|
|
и^ с^е а^ки эT рњки` и^схожда'ше се'дмь кравь до'бра взорђ і^ и^збра'нны телесы`, и^ пася'хђся по' брегђ”
|
And lo, there came up as it were out of the river seven cows, fair in appearance, and choice of flesh, and they fed on the sedge.
|

|
И$ дрђгїя же кравы седмь, по си'хъ и^зыдо'ша и^з рњки` зл^ы, ѓ%бразоM и% телесы` хђ'ды и^ пася'хђся съ кравами по' брегђ рњ'чномђ.
|
And other seven cows came up after these out of the river, ill-favoured and lean-fleshed, and fed by the other cows on the bank of the river.
|

|
І и^зыидо'ша сеDмь злыя възо'ромъ, и^ хђдыя телесы` сеDмь кравы до'брыхъ. ѓ%бразоM и^збра'нныX. и^ сїя неви'дими быша, и^же вънидо'ша въ чресла` иX” Въста'в же фараѓ'нъ
|
And the seven ill-favoured and lean cows devoured the seven well-favoured and choice-fleshed cows; and Pharao awoke.
|

|
и^ ви'дњ со'нъ вторы'и, и^ с^е сеDмь клаs и^схожда'хђ и^с# сте'блїя е^ді'наго и^збра'нїи и^ до'бры”
|
And he dreamed again. And, behold, seven ears came up on one stalk, choice and good.
|

|
дрђга'я же сеDмь кла'съ то'нцы и^стонче'ни вњтромъ, и^зница'хђ по ни'хъ,
|
And, behold, seven ears thin and blasted with the wind, grew up after them.
|
|

|
и^ пожро'ша сеDмь клаs то'нцы и^стончени. сеDмь кла'съ и^збра'нныхъ и^ пл'ъныX” Въста'въ же фараѓ'нъ эT сна`,
|
And the seven thin ears and blasted with the wind devoured the seven choice and full ears; and Pharao awoke, and it was a dream.
|

|
ја^ко быs заё%тра. и^ възмђти'ся дш~а е^го. посла'вши же съзва` вся сказа'теля е^гљ=петъскы, и^ вс^я мђдрыя и'хъ. і^ и^сповњ'да и^мъ фараѓ'нъ со'нъ. н^о не бя'ше никто'же сказа'ти то фараѓ'нђ”
|
And it was morning, and his soul was troubled; and he sent and called all the interpreters of Egypt, and all her wise men; and Pharao related to them his dream, and there was no one to interpret it to Pharao.

|
И$ рече старњ'ишина вина'рьскъ къ фараѓ'нђ гл~я, грњ'хъ мои помнђ'хъ днесь.
|
And the chief cupbearer spoke to Pharao, saying, I this day remember my fault:
|

|
|
фараѓ'нъ е^гда` разгнњвася на рабы` своя`, и^ въвр'ъже н^ы въ темни'цђ, в домђ` вое^во'ды вои мене` и^ старњ'ишинђ жита'рьска”
|
Pharao was angry with his servants, and put us in prison in the house of the captain of the guard, both me and the chief baker.
|

|
|
И$ ви'дњховњ со'нъ ѓ%ба е^ді'нои` нощи, а%зъ и^ ѓn ко'ждо сво'й сонъ видњ'ховњ”
|
And we had a dream both in one night, I and he; we saw, each according to his dream.
|
|

|

|
|
И$ бя'ше тамъ с нама ѓ%трокъ, ю'ноша жидови'нъ пентефри'евъ. і^ и^сповњ'даховњ е^мђ и^ сказа` намъ”
|
And there was there with us a young man, a Hebrew servant of the captain of the guard; and we related to him our dreams, and he interpreted them to us.
|

|
|
И$ бысть же ја%ко сказа` на'мъ, та'ко и^ слђчи'ся мн^њ быти въ свое'мъ старњ'ишинъствњ а^ ѓ'ного повњ'сити”
|
And it came to pass, as he interpreted them to us, so also it happened, both that I was restored to my office, and that he was hanged.
|

|
Посла'вши же фараѓ'нъ възва` і^ѓ'сифа і^ и^зведо'ша и& с тверди'ла и^ ѓ^стриго'ша и&. і^ и^змњни'ша ризы е^мђ`, и^ прїиде къ фараѓ'нђ”
|
And Pharao having sent, called Joseph; and they brought him out from the prison, and shaved him, and changed his dress, and he came to Pharao.
|

|
|
Рече же фараѓ'нъ і^ѓ'сифђ. соn видњхъ и^же бы ми кт^о сказалъ е^го, нњ'сть сего`, а%зъ же слы'шахъ ѓ^ тебњ гл~юща, слы'шавшая тя сны проповњ'дающа”
|
And Pharao said to Joseph, I have seen a vision, and there is no one to interpret it; but I have heard say concerning thee that thou didst hear dreams and interpret them.
|

|
эTвњща'в# же і^ѓ'сифъ рече фараѓ'нђ, безъ бг~а не эTвњща'ются фараѓ'нови сп~се'ныя вещи
|
And Joseph answered Pharao and said, Without God an answer of safety shall not be given to Pharao.
|
|

|
|
реq же фараѓ'нъ, і^ѓ'сифђ гл~я, въ снњ` мое^мъ мняся стоя` на брезњ рњчнњм#
|
And Pharao spoke to Joseph, saying, In my dream methought I stood by the bank of the river;
|
|

|
|
и^ а'ки эT рњки` и^схожDа'ше сеDмь кра'въ. и^збра'нныхъ телесы` и^ добры` ѓ%бразоM и^ пася'хђся по' брегђ.
|
and there came up as it were out of the river, seven cows well-favoured and choice-fleshed, and they fed on the sedge.
|

|
|
и^ с^е дрђгїя седмь кравъ и^ны'хъ и^схожда'хђ въ слDњ и^хъ, и^з рњки`, и^ злы` не добры` ѓ%бразомъ и^ хђды телесы`, ја%цњ'хъ же нњсмъ ви'дњлъ. тацњ'хъ в земли` е^гљ=петъстњи”
|
And behold seven other cows came up after them out of the river, evil and ill-favoured and lean-fleshed, such that I never saw worse in all the land of Egypt.
|

|
І$ и^зја%до'ша сеDмь краv злы'я и^ не до'брыя ѓ%бразомъ хђды'я сеDмь пр'ъвыхъ до'брыхъ і^ и^збранныX”
|
And the seven ill-favoured and thin cows ate up the seven first good and choice cows.
|

|
|
И$ вънидо'ша въ ё^тро'бђ и^хъ и^ не ја%ви'шася. ја%ко вънидо'ша въ ё^тро'бђ и^хъ, и^ ѓ^бли'чїя же иX зл^а быша ја^ко и^ спр'ъва” Въста'въ же паки легоX,
|
And they went into their bellies; and it was not perceptible that they had gone into their bellies, and their appearance was ill-favoured, as also at the beginning; and after I awoke I slept,
|

|
|
и^ ви'дњхъ паки въ снњ`, а^ки сеDмь клsа и^схожда'ше и^зъ е^ді'наго сте'блїя по'л#ны и^ добры.
|
and saw again in my sleep, and as it were seven ears came up on one stem, full and good.
|
|

|
|
дрђга'я же седмь кла'съ то'нци и^ тщи` вњ'тромъ и^стонче'ни, и^зница'хђ въ слњ'дъ и^хъ”
|
And other seven ears, thin and blasted with the wind, sprang up close to them.
|
|

|
|
И$ пожро'ша седмь кла'съ тщи, и^ вњтромъ и^стонче'ни. седмь кла'съ до'брыхъ и^ по'лныхъ, и^ повњ'дахъ с^е сказа'телемъ, и^ не бысть кт^о повњ'дыи”
|
And the seven thin and blasted ears devoured the seven fine and full ears: so I spoke to the interpreters, and there was no one to explain it to me.
|

|
Рече же і^ѓ'сифъ фараѓ'нђ, со'нъ фараѓ'не е^ди'но е^сть, е^ли'ко б~ъ твориT. ё^каза` фараѓ'нђ
|
And Joseph said to Pharao, The dream of Pharao is one; whatever God does, he has shewn to Pharao.
|

|
седмь сїю кра'въ до'брыхъ, сеDмь лњтъ е^сть” И$ сеDмь кла'съ до'брыхъ се'дмь лњтъ е^сть, со'нъ фараѓ'не е^ди'но е^сть”
|
The seven good cows are seven years, and the seven good ears are seven years; the dream of Pharao is one.
|

|
СеDмь кра'в# хђды'хъ ја^же и^зыдо'ша по сихъ, се'дмь лњтъ е^сть, и^ седмь кла'съ тщиX, и^стонче'ныхъ вњтромъ. се'дмь лњтъ е^сть, и^ бђдеT се'дмь лTњ гла'дъ”
|
And the seven thin kine that came up after them are seven years; and the seven thin and blasted ears are seven years; there shall be seven years of famine.
|

|
|
Се^ же слово е^же реко'хъ фараѓ'нђ е^ли'ко б~ъ твори'тъ ё^каза` фараѓ'нђ”
|
And as for the word which I have told Pharao, whatsoever God intends to do, he has shewn to Pharao:
|

|
|
И$ с^е, сеDмь лњтъ прїидетъ ѓ^би'лность, въ всю зе'млю е^гљ=петъскђю”
|
behold, for seven years there is coming great plenty in all the land of Egypt.
|
|
30
|
30
|
|
Прїидетъ же по си'хъ сеDми, се'дмь лњтъ гла'дђ, и^ забђ'детъ по все'и земли` е^гљ=пет#стњи сы'тость. и^ погђби'тъ гла'дъ зе'млю
|
But there shall come seven years of famine after these, and they shall forget the plenty that shall be in all Egypt, and the famine shall consume the land.
|

|
и^ не бђ'дет# зна'ти, ѓ^би'лїя земна'го, эT гла'да бђ'дђщаго по семъ, и^ вели'къ бђ'дет# ѕњло” Э/
|
And the plenty shall not be known in the land by reason of the famine that shall be after this, for it shall be very grievous.
|

|
втори'ци же сна` фараѓ'не е^же дв^ои'чно видњ` ја%ко пра'во е^сть сло'во с^е эT б~а, ё^скори'тъ б~ъ сло'во с^е сътвори'ти”
|
And concerning the repetition of the dream to Pharao twice, it is because the saying which is from God shall be true, and God will hasten to accomplish it.
|

|
Нн~њ ё^бо и^щи` чл~ка мђ'дра и^ смы'слена, и^ приста'ви е^го все'и земли` е^гљ=петъстњ'и”
|
Now then, look out a wise and prudent man, and set him over the land of Egypt.
|
|

|
И$ да сътвори'тъ фараѓ'нъ старњ'ишины по все'и земли` и^ да събира'ютъ всякъ пло'дъ житенъ тыхъ се'дмь лњтъ ѓ^би'лныX е^же
|
And let Pharao make and appoint local governors over the land; and let them take up a fifth part of all the produce of the land of Egypt for the seven years of the plenty.
|

|
|
и%мђтъ бы'ти. И$ да събереT пи'щђ и^ пшени'цђ въ рђцњ` фараѓ'ни, и^ пи'ща въ градњхъ да ся съблюдеT,
|
And let them gather all the food of these seven good years that are coming, and let the corn be gathered under the hand of Pharao; let food be kept in the cities.
|

|
|
и^ бђ'детъ пи'ща съблюде'на на земли`. на с'едмь лњтъ гла'дныхъ. е^же и%мђт# быти в земли` е^гљ=петъстњ да не поги'бнетъ земля` въ гла'дъ”
|
And the stored food shall be for the land against the seven years of famine, which shall be in the land of Egypt; and the land shall not be utterly destroyed by the famine.
|

|
Оу^диви'ша же ся словеса` преD фараѓ'номъ. и^ преD всњ'ми рабы` е^го”
|
And the word was pleasing in the sight of Pharao, and in the sight of all his servants.
|
|

|
|
И$ рече фараѓ'н# всњмъ рабо'мъ свои^мъ, не ѓ^бря'щеM чл~ка сицева'го, и%же и%мать дх~ъ бж~їи в себњ”
|
And Pharao said to all his servants, Shall we find such a man as this, who has the Spirit of God in him?
|

|
Рече же фараѓ'нъ і^ѓ'сифђ, е^лма'же т^и показа б~ъ вс^е, и^ нњсть чл~ка мђдрњ'иша, ни смысленњ'иша тебе`”
|
And Pharao said to Joseph, Since God has shewed thee all these things, there is not a wiser or more prudent man than thou.
|

|
|
Ты бђ'ди въ домђ` мое'мъ. и^ ё%стъ твои^хъ да послђш'аютъ вс^и лю'дїе мои`, ра'звњ прsто'ломъ а%зъ бо'лее тебе` бђ'дђ”
|
Thou shalt be over my house, and all my people shall be obedient to thy word; only in the throne will I excel thee.
|

|
Реq же фараѓ'нъ і^ѓ'сифђ. с^е поставля'ю тя днsь въ все'и земли` е^гљ=пеTстњи”
|
And Pharao said to Joseph, Behold, I set thee this day over all the land of Egypt.
|

|
И$ съне'мъ фараѓ'нъ пр'ьстень с рђки` свое^я, и^ възложи е^го і^ѓ'сифђ на' рђкђ. и^ ѓ^блече` и& въ ри'зђ чръвле'нђ, и^ възложи` гри'внђ зла'тђ на вы'ю е^го.
|
And Pharao took his ring off his hand, and put it on the hand of Joseph, and put on him a robe of fine linen, and put a necklace of gold about his neck.
|

|
и^ всади е^го на колесни'цђ свою` вторђ'ю, и^ проповњ'дая преD ни'м# проповњ'дателникъ, и^ поста'ви е^го все'и земли` е^гљ=петъстњи”
|
And he mounted him on the second of his chariots, and a herald made proclamation before him; and he set him over all the land of Egypt.
|

|
Реq же фараѓ'нъ і^ѓ'сифђ, а%зъ фараѓ'нъ беZ тебе` не въздви'гнетъ рђки свое^я. н^иктоже въ все'и земли` е^гљ=пеTстњи”
|
And Pharao said to Joseph, I am Pharao; without thee no one shall lift up his hand on all the land of Egypt.
|

|
И$прозва` фараѓ'нъ и^м^я і^ѓ'сифђ ўонъџомъфанихъ. и^ да'сть е^мђ а^се'нџђ дще'рь пентефрїинђ, жерца` града со'лнечна въ женђ`”
|
And Pharao called the name of Joseph, Psonthomphanech; and he gave him Aseneth, the daughter of Petephres, priest of Heliopolis, to wife.
|

|
І$ѓ'сифъ же и^мњ'яше л~, лњтъ. е^гда`прїиде преDфараѓ'на цр~я е^гљ=петъска, эTы'иде же і^ѓ'сифъ эT лица` фараѓ'ня, и^про'иде весь е^гљ=петъ”
|
And Joseph was thirty years old when he stood before Pharao, king of Egypt. And Joseph went out from the presence of Pharao, and went through all the land of Egypt.
|

|
И$ сътвори` земля` в се'дмь лњтъ ѓ^би'лнђ жатвђ,
|
And the land produced, in the seven years of plenty, whole handfuls of corn.
|
|

|
|
и^събра` пищђ в се'дмь лњтъ. въ ни'хъже бя'ше ѓ^би'лность, въ земли` е^гљ=петъстњи, и^ положи` пища въ градњхъ се'лъ тњхъ и^з гра'дъ ѓ%крsтныхъ положи я&”
|
And he gathered all the food of the seven years, in which was the plenty in the land of Egypt; and he laid up the food in the cities; the food of the fields of a city round about it he laid up in it.
|

|
И$ събра і^ѓ'сифъ пшени'цђ мно'гђ, ја%ко пњсо'къ морьскы'и мно'го ѕњло, до'ндеже не можа'хђ и^з#чести` без# числа` б^о бњя'ше”
|
And Joseph gathered very much corn as the sand of the sea, until it could not be numbered, for there was no number of it.
|

|
І$ѓ'сифђ же бњста дв^а сн~а, прњ'жде сеDми` лњтъ, гла'дныхъ. ја%же роди е^мђ асе'нъџа, дще'рь пентефрїина, жръца` града со'лнечна”
|
And to Joseph were born two sons, before the seven years of famine came, which Aseneth, the daughter of Petephres, priest of Heliopolis, bore to him.
|

|
И$ нарече і^ѓ'сифъ и%мя прьвенцђ` манасїя гл~юще, ја^ко мн^њ сътвори` б~ъ вс^я болњ'зни моя и^ вс^е эTц~а мое^го”
|
And Joseph called the name of the first-born, Manasse; for God, said he, has made me forget all my toils, and all my father's house.
|

|
І$ и'мя нарече второ'мђ е^фрMњгл~юще, ја%ко възрасти м^я б~ъ въ земли`, смире'нїя мое^го”
|
And he called the name of the second, Ephraim; for God, said he, has increased me in the land of my humiliation.
|
|

|
|
Минђ' же се'дмь лњтъ ѓ^би'лныхъ, ја^коже бы'ша въ земли` е^гљ=петъстњи”
|
And the seven years of plenty passed away, which were in the land of Egypt.
|
|

|
И$ нача'ша сеDмь лњтъ гла'дныхъ приходи'ти, ја%коже рече и^ѓ'сифъ” И$ бысть гла'дъ по все'и земли`, и^ въ все'и же земли` е^гљ=петъстњи не бя'ше хлњба,
|
And the seven years of famine began to come, as Joseph said; and there was a famine in all the land; but in all the land of Egypt there was bread.
|

|
и^ въза'лче вс^я земля` е^гљ=пеTская, възопи же наро'дъ къ фараѓ'нђ ѓ^ хлњбехъ” Рече же фараѓ'нъ всњмъ е^гљ=птяномъ, и^дњте къ і^ѓ'сифђ е^же бо речетъ вамъ сътвори'те,
|
And all the land of Egypt was hungry; and the people cried to Pharao for bread. And Pharao said to all the Egyptians, Go to Joseph, and do whatsoever he shall tell you.
|

|
и^ с^е гла'дъ бяше на лицы` всея` земля`” эTвр'ъзе же і^ѓ'сифъ вс^я жи'тница, и^ продая'ше всMњ е^гљ=птяноM,
|
And the famine was on the face of all the earth; and Joseph opened all the granaries, and sold to all the Egyptians.
|

|
и^ вс^я страны` прїидо'ша въ е^гљ=пеT, кђпова'ти къ і^ѓ'сифђ. ѓбъдръжа'ше бо глDа вс^ю зе'млю”
|
And all countries came to Egypt to buy of Joseph, for the famine prevailed in all the earth.
|
