Въста'в же і^ил~ь, и^ вс^е е^го прїиде къ кла'дязю кля'твеномђ, и^ положи` же'ртвђ б~ђ эTц~а свое^го і^саа'ка”
|
And Israel departed, he and all that he had, and came to the well of the oath; and he offered sacrifice to the God of his father Isaac.

Речеy бг~ъ къ і^ил~ю, въ видњ'нїи в нощи` гл~я. і^а'кове і^а'кове, се'й же рече чт^о е^сть,

And God spoke to Israel in a night vision, saying, Jacob, Jacob; and he said, What is it?

|
ѓ%н же реq” А@зъ е^смь бг~ъ эTц~ъ твоиX, не бо'ися и^ти` въ е^гљ=петъ, въ ја^зы'къ б^о ве'лїи сътворю` т$я та'мо,

And he says to him, I am the God of thy fathers; fear not to go down into Egypt, for I will make thee there a great nation.

и^ а'зъ и^дђ` с тобо'ю въ е^гљ=петъ, а%з же възведђ т^я до кон#ца`. і^ѓ'сифъ возложи'тъ рђцњ свои` на ѓ%чи твои`”
|
And I will go down with thee into Egypt, and I will bring thee up at the end; and Joseph shall put his hands on thine eyes.

Въста'в же і^а'ковъ эT кла'дязя кля'твенаго, и^ взя'ша сн~ве і^ил~я эTц~а свое^го и^ стяжа'нїе иX и^ же'ны и^хъ на ко'ла, ја%же посла` і^ѓ'сиf въздви'гнђти иX,
|
And Jacob rose up from the well of the oath; and the sons of Israel took up their father, and the baggage, and their wives on the waggons, which Joseph sent to take them.
|

и^ възе'мше и^мњнїе свое`, и^ вс^е притя'жанїе е^же притяжа'ша в земли` ханаа'ньстњи” И$ прїиде же і^а'ковъ въ е^гљ=петъ, и^ вс^е сњмя е^го с ни'мъ
|
And they took up their goods, and all their property, which they had gotten in the land of Chanaan; they came into the land of Egypt, Jacob, and all his seed with him.
|

и^ сн~ве е^го и^ сн~ве сн~овъ е^го с ниM, и^ дще'ри е^го, и^ дще'ри дще'рїи е^го и^ вс^е сњмя е^го с ни'мъ въни'де въ е^гљ=петъ”
|
The sons, and the sons of his sons with him; his daughters, and the daughters of his daughters; and he brought all his seed into Egypt.

Си^ и^мена` сн~въ і^и~левъ пришеDшихъ въ е^гљ=петъ съ і^а'ковомъ эTц~емъ и^хъ. с^и же сн~ове е^го” Пръвене'цъ і^а'ковль рђви'мъ,
|
And these are the names of the sons of Israel that went into Egypt with their father Jacob—Jacob and his sons. The first-born of Jacob, Ruben.

And the sons of Symeon; Jemuel, and Jamin, and Aod, and Achin, and Saar, and Saul, the son of a Chananitish woman.

Сн~ове же і^ё'дины, и^ръ, и^ а^нъна'нъ, силоM, и^ фаре'съ, и^ за'ра. ё^мро'ша же и^ръ и^ а^нъна'нъ в земли` ханаа`ни” Бы'ша же сн~ове фаре'сђ, і^ а^сро'нъ, и^ е^мђи'лъ”
|
And the sons of Judas; Er, and Aunan, and Selom, and Phares, and Zara: and Er and Aunan died in the land of Chanaan.

Сн~ове же и^саха'ри, џо'ля, и^ фђа', и^ а^сђ'въ, замвраn”
|
And the sons of Phares were Esron, and Jemuel. And the sons of Issachar; Thola, and Phua, and Asum, and Sambran.

Сн~ове же заё^лони, сере'дъ, а^лло'нъ, и^ е^и'ль,
|

сїи сн~ове лїи'ни ја%же роди` і^а'ковђ въ междорњчїи сљ=рьстњмъ, и^ ди'нђ дще'рь е^го. всњхъ же дш~ъ сн~овъ и^ дщерїи л~г”

And the sons of Aser; Jemna, Jessua, and Jeul, and Baria, and Sara their sister. And the sons of Baria; Chobor, and Melchiil.
|

Сїи` сн~ове зе'лфины, ја%же далъ лава'нъ дще'ри свое'и лїи, е^же роди` і^а'ковђ дш~ъ, ѕ~і”
|
These are the sons of Zelpha, which Laban gave to his daughter Lea, who bore these to Jacob, sixteen souls.

Бы'ша же сн~ове і^ѓ'сифли, въ земли` е^гљ=пет#стњи, ја%же роди е^мђ а^се'нџа, дщи` пентефрїина жръца` града слн~чна, манасїю, и^ е^фрњма” Бы'ша же сн~ве манасїины ја%же роди` е^мђ зало'жница сљ=ра, махи'ръ, махи'ръ же роди` галаа^да, сн~ове же е^фрњмли, брата манасїина, сђталамъ, и^ таа'мъ сн~ове же сђталаMли е^де'мъ”

And there were sons born to Joseph in the land of Egypt, whom Aseneth, the daughter of Petephres, priest of Heliopolis, bore to him, even Manasses and Ephraim. And the sons of Benjamin; Bala, and Bochor, and Asbel. And the sons of Bala were Gera, and Noeman, and Anchis, and Ros, and Mamphim. And Gera begot Arad.

And the sons of Nephthalim; Asiel, and Goni, and Issaar, and Sollem.

сн~ове же ва'ллины, ю%же дасть лава'н# рахи'ли дще'ри своей, и^ роди і^а'ковђ
|
These are the sons of Balla, whom Laban gave to his daughter Rachel, who bore these to Jacob; all the souls, seven.

|
And all the souls that came with Jacob into Egypt, who came out of his loins, besides the wives of the sons of Jacob, even all the souls were sixty-six.

сн~ове же і^ѓ'сифли е^же быша е^мђ въ земли' е^гљ=петъстњи” И$ всXњ же дш~ъ домђ і^а'ковля, ја%же прїидо'ша с ни'мъ въ е^гљ=петъ,

And the sons of Joseph, who were born to him in the land of Egypt, were nine souls; all the souls of the house of Jacob who came with Joseph into Egypt, were seventy-five souls.

Въпря'гъ же і^ѓ'сифъ колесницђ свою`, і^ и^зы'де противђ і^ил~я эTц~а свое^го, к афиро'нђ градђ, показа' же ся е^мђ самъ. и^ припаде` на вы'ю е^го, и^ плака'ся много”

And Joseph having made ready his chariots, went up to meet Israel his father, at the city of Heroes; and having appeared to him, fell on his neck, and wept with abundant weeping.

Речеy і^и~ль къ і^ѓ^сифђ, да ё^мрђ по семъ, е^лмаже ви'дњхъ лице твое`, е^ще б^оты е^си жи'въ”
|
And Israel said to Joseph, After this I will gladly die, since I have seen thy face, for thou art yet living.
|

Рече же і^ѓ'сифъ къ братїи свое'й шедъши повњмъ фараѓ'нђ, и^ рекђ е^мђ братїа моа`, и^ до'мъ эTц~а мое^го, и^же бњша въ земли` ханаа'ни. прїидоша ко мн^њ.
|
And Joseph said to his brethren, I will go up and tell Pharao, and will say to him, My brethren, and my father's house, who were in the land of Chanaan, are come to me.
|

|
сїи же сђть мђжи пастђси`, скотопита'телницы. ско'тъ же и^ воло'ве и^ вс^е и^хъ е^же и^мњша привели сђть съ собо'ю”
|
And the men are shepherds; for they have been feeders of cattle, and they have brought with them their cattle, and their kine, and all their property.
|

|
А/ще възове'тъ в^ы фараѓ'нъ, и^ рече'тъ вамъ, чт^о дњло ва'ше е^сть,
|
If then Pharao call you, and say to you, What is your occupation?
|

|
рцњте скотопи та'тел#ницы е^смы`, и^здњтъска раби` твои` и^ досе'лњ м^ы, и^ эTц~ы наши. да въсели'теся въ зе'млю гесе'млю въ а^равїи, хђ'лно б^о е^гљ=птяномъ е^сть, пастђхъ всякъ ѓ%вчїи”
|
Ye shall say, We thy servants are herdsmen from our youth until now, both we and our fathers: that ye may dwell in the land of Gesem of Arabia, for every shepherd is an abomination to the Egyptians.
