|
Въ коне́цъ, о измѣни́тися хотя́щихъ, въ столпописа́ніє Дави́ду, въ науче́ніє:
|
For the end, for them that shall yet be changed; for an inscription by David for instruction,
|

|
внегда́ сожже́ Средорѣ́чіє Сирі́йскоє и Сирі́ю Сова́лскую, и возврати́ся Іоа́въ и порази́ Єдо́ма въ де́бри Соле́й двана́десять ты́сящъ.
|
when he had burned Mesopotamia of Syria, and Syria Sobal, and Joab had returned and smitten in the valley of salt twelve thousand.

Бо́же, отри́нулъ ны́ єси́ и низложи́лъ єси́ на́съ, разгнѣ́вался єси́ и уще́дрилъ єси́ на́съ.
|
O God, thou hast rejected and destroyed us; thou hast been angry, yet hast pitied us.
|

|
Стря́слъ єси́ зе́млю и смути́лъ єси́ ю́: изцѣли́ сокруше́ніє єя́, я́ко подви́жеся.
|
Thou hast shaken the earth, and troubled it; heal its breaches, for it has been shaken.
|

|
Показа́лъ єси́ лю́демъ Твои́мъ жесто́кая: напои́лъ єси́ на́съ віно́мъ умиле́нія.
|
Thou hast shewn thy people hard things: thou hast made us drink the wine of astonishment.
|

|
Да́лъ єси́ боя́щымся Тебе́ зна́меніє, є́же убѣжа́ти от лица́ лу́ка.
|
Thou hast given a token to them that fear thee, that they might flee from the bow. Pause.
|
|

|
Я́ко да изба́вятся возлю́бленніи Твои́, спаси́ десни́цею Твоє́ю и услы́ши мя́.
|
That thy beloved ones may be delivered; save with thy right hand, and hear me.
|
|

|
|
Бо́гъ возглаго́ла во святѣ́мъ Своє́мъ: возра́дуюся, и раздѣлю́ Сіки́му, и юдо́ль Жили́щъ размѣ́рю.
|
God has spoken in his holiness; I will rejoice, and divide Sicima, and measure out the valley of tents.
|

Мо́й є́сть Галаа́дъ, и Мо́й є́сть Манассі́й, Єфре́мъ крѣ́пость главы́ Моєя́, Іу́да ца́рь Мо́й.
|
Galaad is mine, and Manasse is mine; and Ephraim is the strength of my head;
|

Моа́въ коно́бъ упова́нія Моєго́: на Ідуме́ю простру́ сапо́гъ Мо́й: Мнѣ́ иноплеме́нницы покори́шася.
|
Judas is my king; Moab is the caldron of my hope; over Idumea will I stretch out my shoe; the Philistines have been subjected to me.

|
Кто́ введе́тъ мя́ во гра́дъ огражде́нія? Или́ кто́ наста́витъ мя́ до Ідуме́и?
|
Who will lead me into the fortified city? who will guide me as far as Idumea?
|

|
Не Ты́ ли, Бо́же, отри́нувый на́съ? И не изы́деши, Бо́же, въ си́лахъ на́шихъ?
|
Wilt not thou, O God, who hast cast us off? and wilt not thou, O God, go forth with our forces?
|
|

|
|
Да́ждь на́мъ по́мощь от ско́рби: и су́єтно спасе́ніє человѣ́ческо.
|
Give us help from trouble: for vain is the deliverance of man.
|
|

|
|
О Бо́зѣ сотвори́мъ си́лу: и То́й уничижи́тъ стужа́ющыя на́мъ.
|
In God will we do valiantly; and he shall bring to nought them that harass us.
