Оконча́шася пѣ́сни Дави́да, сы́на Ієссе́ова. Псало́мъ Аса́фу.
|
A Psalm for Asaph. How good is God to Israel, to the upright in heart!

|
|
Ко́ль бла́гъ Бо́гъ Ізра́илевъ пра́вымъ се́рдцемъ.
|
But my feet were almost overthrown; my goings very nearly slipped.
|
|

3
|
|
Мои́ же вма́лѣ не подвижа́стѣся но́зѣ: вма́лѣ не пролія́шася стопы́ моя́:
|
For I was jealous of the transgressors, beholding the tranquillity of sinners.
|
|

|
|
я́ко возревнова́хъ на беззако́нныя, ми́ръ грѣ́шниковъ зря́:
|
For there is no sign of reluctance in their death: and they have firmness under their affliction.
|
|

|
|
я́ко нѣ́сть восклоне́нія въ сме́рти и́хъ и утвержде́нія въ ра́нѣ и́хъ:
|
They are not in the troubles of other men; and they shall not be scourged with other men.
|
|

|
|
въ трудѣ́хъ человѣ́ческихъ не су́ть, и съ человѣ́ки не пріи́мутъ ра́нъ.
|
Therefore pride has possessed them; they have clothed themselves with their injustice and ungodliness.
|
|

|
|
Сего́ ра́ди удержа́ я́ горды́ня и́хъ до конца́: одѣ́яшася непра́вдою и нече́стіємъ свои́мъ.
|
Their injustice shall go forth as out of fatness: they have fulfilled their intention.
|
|

|
|
Изы́детъ я́ко изъ ту́ка непра́вда и́хъ: преидо́ша въ любо́вь се́рдца.
|
They have taken counsel and spoken in wickedness: they have uttered unrighteousness loftily.
|
|

|
|
Помы́слиша и глаго́лаша въ лука́вствѣ, непра́вду въ высоту́ глаго́лаша:
|
They have set their mouth against heaven, and their tongue has gone through upon the earth.
|
|

|
|
положи́ша на небеси́ уста́ своя́, и язы́къ и́хъ пре́йде по земли́.
|
Therefore shall my people return hither: and full days shall be found with them.
|
|

|
|
Сего́ ра́ди обратя́тся лю́діє Мои́ сѣ́мо, и дні́є испо́лнени обря́щутся въ ни́хъ.
|
And they said, How does God know? and is there knowledge in the Most High?
|
|

|
|
И рѣ́ша: ка́ко увѣ́дѣ Бо́гъ? И а́ще є́сть ра́зумъ въ Вы́шнѣмъ?
|
Behold, these are the sinners, and they that prosper always: they have possessed wealth.
|
|

|
|
Се́, сі́и грѣ́шницы и гобзу́ющіи въ вѣ́къ удержа́ша бога́тство.
|
And I said, Verily in vain have I justified my heart, and washed my hands in innocency.
|
|

|
|
И рѣ́хъ: єда́ {у́бо} всу́є оправди́хъ се́рдце моє́ и умы́хъ въ непови́нныхъ ру́цѣ мои́,
|
For I was plagued all the day, and my reproof was every morning.
|
|

|
|
и бы́хъ я́звенъ ве́сь де́нь, и обличе́ніє моє́ на у́тренихъ?
|
If I said, I will speak thus; behold, I should have broken covenant with the generation of thy children.
|
|

|
|
А́ще глаго́лахъ, повѣ́мъ та́ко: се́, ро́ду сыно́въ Твои́хъ, єму́же обѣща́хся {се́, ро́ду сыно́въ Твои́хъ преступи́хъ}:
|
And I undertook to understand this, but it is too hard for me,

|
и непщева́хъ разумѣ́ти: сіє́ тру́дъ є́сть предо мно́ю,
|
until I go into the sanctuary of God; and so understand the latter end.
|
|

|
|
до́ндеже вни́ду во святи́ло Бо́жіє и разумѣ́ю въ послѣ́дняя и́хъ.
|
Surely thou hast appointed judgments to them because of their crafty dealings: thou hast cast them down when they were lifted up.
|
|

|
|
Оба́че за льще́нія и́хъ положи́лъ єси́ и́мъ зла́я, низложи́лъ єси́ я́, внегда́ разгордѣ́шася.
|
How have they become desolate! suddenly they have failed: they have perished because of their iniquity.
|
|

|
|
Ка́ко бы́ша въ запустѣ́ніє? Внеза́пу изчезо́ша, погибо́ша за беззако́ніє своє́.
|
As the dream of one awakening, O Lord, in thy city thou wilt despise their image.
|
|

|
Я́ко со́ніє востаю́щаго, Го́споди, во гра́дѣ Твоє́мъ о́бразъ и́хъ уничижи́ши.
|
For my heart has rejoiced, and my reins have been gladdened.
|
|

|
|
Я́ко разжже́ся се́рдце моє́, и утро́бы моя́ измѣни́шася:
|
But I was vile and knew not: I became brutish before thee.
|
|

|
|
и а́зъ уничиже́нъ, и не разумѣ́хъ, ско́тенъ бы́хъ у Тебе́.
|
Yet I am continually with thee: thou hast holden my right hand.
|
|

|
|
И а́зъ вы́ну съ Тобо́ю: удержа́лъ єси́ ру́ку десну́ю мою́,
|
Thou hast guided me by thy counsel, and thou hast taken me to thyself with glory.
|
|

|
|
и совѣ́томъ Твои́мъ наста́вилъ мя́ єси́, и со сла́вою прія́лъ мя́ єси́.
|
For what have I in heaven but thee? and what have I desired upon the earth beside thee?
|

|
|
Что́ бо ми́ є́сть на небеси́? И от Тебе́ что́ восхотѣ́хъ на земли́?
|
My heart and my flesh have failed: but God is the strength of my heart, and God is my portion for ever.
|
|

|
|
Изчезе́ се́рдце моє́ и пло́ть моя́, Бо́же се́рдца моєго́, и ча́сть моя́, Бо́же, во вѣ́къ.
|
For, behold, they that remove themselves far from thee shall perish: thou hast destroyed every one that goes a whoring from thee.
|

|
Я́ко се́, удаля́ющіи себе́ от Тебе́ поги́бнутъ: потреби́лъ єси́ вся́каго любодѣ́ющаго от Тебе́.
|
But it is good for me to cleave close to God, to put my trust in the Lord; that I may proclaim all thy praises in the gates of the daughter of Sion.

|
Мнѣ́ же прилѣпля́тися Богови бла́го є́сть, полага́ти на Го́спода упова́ніє моє́, возвѣсти́ти ми́ вся́ хвалы́ Твоя́, во вратѣ́хъ дще́ре Сіо́ни.
