| Сhнове же руви1ма пeрвенца ї}лева: ћкw т0й пeрвенецъ: и3 внегдA є3мY взhти на л0же nтцA своегw2, дадE благословeніе є3гw2 сhну своемY їHсифу, сhну ї}леву, и3 не бhсть (т0й) вмэнeнъ въ пeрвенство, | And the sons of Ruben the first-born of Israel (for he was the first-born; but because of his going up to his father's couch, his father gave his blessing to his son Joseph, even the son of Israel; and he was not reckoned as first-born; |

| ћкw їyда си1ленъ крёпостію и3 въ брaтіи своeй, и3 въ вождA и3з8 негw2, и3 благословeніе їHсифу. | for Judas was very mighty even among his brethren, and one was to be a ruler out of him: but the blessing was Joseph's). |

| и3 проти1ву вост0ка њбитA дaже до вх0да пустhни, t рэки2 є3vфрaта, ћкw ск0тъ и4хъ мн0гъ въ земли2 галаaдстэй. | And he dwelt eastward to the borders of the wilderness, from the river Euphrates: for they had much cattle in the land of Galaad. |

| Во дни6 же саyла возвед0ша брaнь проти1ву ґгaрzнъ: и3 пад0ша въ рукaхъ и4хъ њбитaющіи въ жили1щахъ свои1хъ вси2 къ вост0ку галаaдску. | And in the days of Saul they made war upon the sojourners in the land; and they fell into their hands, all of them dwelling in their tents eastward of Galaad. |

| Сhнове гaдwвы прsмw и4хъ њбитaша въ земли2 васaни до селхA: | The sons of Gad dwelt over against them in the land of Basan even to Sela. |

| їwи1ль пeрвенецъ, и3 сафaмъ вторhй, и3 їанjнъ кни1жникъ васaнскій. | Joel the first-born, and Sapham the second, and Janin the scribe in Basan. |

| И# брaтіz и4хъ, по домHмъ nтeчествъ и4хъ: міхаи1лъ и3 мосоллaмъ, и3 савeй и3 їHра, и3 їwхaнъ и3 їwвjа и3 њви1дъ, сeдмь. | And their brethren according to the houses of their fathers; Michael, Mosollam, and Sebee, and Joree, and Joachan, and Zue, and Obed, seven. |

| Њбитaша въ галаaдэ, въ васaнэ и3 въ вeсехъ и4хъ и3 во всёхъ њкрeстныхъ сарHнскихъ, дaже до и3сх0да. | They dwelt in Galaad, in Basan, and in their villages, and in all the country round about Saron to the border. |

| Вси2 сjи сочтeни бhша во дни6 їwаfaма царS їyдина и3 во дни6 їеровоaма царS ї}лева. | The enumeration of them all took place in the days of Joatham king of Juda, and in the days of Jeroboam king of Israel. |

| Сhнове руви1мwвы и3 гaдwвы и3 полплeмене манассjина (би1ша) сhнове си1льни, мyжіе носsще щиты2 и3 мечы2 и3 напрzзaюще лyки и3 научeни брaни, четhредесzть и3 четhри тhсzщы и3 сeдмь сHтъ и3 шестьдесsтъ, и3сходsщіи на њполчeніе. | The sons of Ruben and Gad, and the half-tribe of Manasse, of mighty men, bearing shields and sword, and bending the bow, and skilled in war, were forty and four thousand and seven hundred and sixty, going forth to battle. |

| И# твори1ша брaнь со ґг†рzны и3 їтурє1аны, и3 нафісє1аны и3 надавє1аны, | And they made war with the Agarenes, and Itureans, and Naphiseans, and Nadabeans, |

| и3 ўкрэпи1шасz над8 ни1ми: и3 предaшасz въ рyцэ и4хъ ґгaрzне и3 вс‰ њбит†ніz и4хъ, занE къ бGу воззвaша во брaни, и3 ўслhша и5хъ, занE ўповaша на него2. | and they prevailed against them: and the Agaræans were given into their hands, they and all their tents: for they cried to God in the battle, and he hearkened to them, because they trusted on him. |

| И# плэни1ша їмBніz и4хъ, велблю1дwвъ пzтьдесsтъ тhсzщъ, и3 nвeцъ двёсти пzтьдесsтъ тhсzщъ, и3 nслHвъ двЁ тhсzщы, и3 дyшъ человёческихъ сто2 тhсzщъ: | And they took captive their store; five thousand camels, and two hundred and fifty thousand sheep, two thousand asses, and a hundred thousand men. |

| рaненіи же мн0зи пад0ша, занE (бhсть) t бGа брaнь: и3 всели1шасz вмёстw и4хъ дaже до преселeніz. | For many fell slain, because the war was of God. And they dwelt in their place until the captivity. |

| И# полплeмене манассjина всели1шасz въ земли2 t васaна дaже до ваaла є3рмHнz и3 санjра и3 горы2 ґермHнски: и3 сjи въ лівaнэ ўмн0жишасz. | And the half-tribe of Manasse dwelt from Basan to Baal, Ermon, and Sanir, and to the mount Aërmon: and they increased in Libanus. |

| И# сjи (бhша) кн‰зи д0му nтeчествъ и4хъ: гофeръ и3 їеси2, и3 є3ліи1лъ и3 їеремjа, и3 їwдyіа и3 їедіи1лъ, мyжіе си1льни въ крёпости, мyжіе и3мени1тіи, кн‰зи по домHмъ nтeчествъ свои1хъ. | And these were the heads of the houses of their families; Opher, and Sei, and Eliel, and Jeremia, and Oduia, and Jediel, mighty men of valour, men of renown, heads of the houses of their families. |

| И# њстaвиша бGа nтє1цъ свои1хъ и3 соблуди1ша в8слёдъ богHвъ людjй земли2, и5хже потреби2 бGъ t лицA и4хъ: | But they rebelled against the God of their fathers, and went a-whoring after the gods of the nations of the land, whom God cast out from before them. |

| и3 воздви1же бGъ ї}левъ дyхъ фyла царS ґссирjйска и3 дyхъ fаглафалласaра царS ґссирjйска, и3 пресели2 руви1ма и3 гaда и3 полплeмене манассjина, и3 введE и5хъ во ґллaнъ и3 їов0ръ, и3 во ґрaнъ и3 на рэкY гwзaнъ, дaже до днE сегw2. | And the God of Israel stirred up the spirit of Phaloch king of Assyria, and the spirit of Thagla-phallasar king of Assyria, and carried away Ruben and Gaddi, and the half-tribe of Manasse, and brought them to Chaach, and Chabor, and to the river Gozan, until this day. |
