Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I gave order to the churches of Galatia, so also do ye.	Щодо милостині для святих, то робіть так, як я установив у церквах галатійських.

Upon the first day of the week let each one of you lay by him in store, as he may be prospered, that no collections be made when I come.	У перший день тижня кожен із вас нехай відкладає в себе і зберігає, скільки має змоги, щоб не збирати, коли я прийду.

And when I arrive, whomsoever ye shall approve by letters, them will I send to carry your bounty unto Jerusalem:	Коли ж прийду, то, котрих ви оберете, тих пошлю з листами віднести милостиню в Єрусалим.

and if it be meet for me to go also, they shall go with me.	Якщо ж буде пристойно і мені піти, то вони підуть зі мною.

But I will come unto you, when I shall have passed through Macedonia; for I pass through Macedonia;	Я прийду до вас, коли пройду Македонію; бо я йду через Македонію.

but with you it may be that I shall abide, or even winter, that ye may set me forward on my journey whithersoever I go.	У вас же, можливо, я поживу або й перезимую, щоб ви мене провели, куди піду.

For I do not wish to see you now by the way; but I hope to tarry a while with you, if the Lord permit.	Бо не хочу тепер бачитися із вами мимохідь, а сподіваюсь деякий час пробути у вас, коли дозволить Господь.

But I will tarry at Ephesus until Pentecost;	В Ефесі ж я пробуду до П’ятдесятниці,

for a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries.	бо для мене відчинилися великі й широкі двері, і супротивників багато.

Now if Timothy come, see that he be with you without fear; for he worketh the work of the Lord, as I also do:	Якщо прийде до вас Тимофій, глядіть, щоб він був у вас у безпецi; бо він робить діло Господнє, як і я.

let no man therefore despise him. But set him forward on his journey in peace, that he may come unto me: for I expect him with the brethren.	Тому нехай ніхто не зневажає його, але проведіть його з миром, щоб він прийшов до мене; бо я чекаю на нього з браттями.

But as touching Apollos the brother, I besought him much to come unto you with the brethren: and it was not at all his will to come now; but he will come when he shall have opportunity.	Що ж до брата Аполлоса, я дуже просив його, щоб він із браттями прийшов до вас; та він ніяк не хотів іти тепер, а прийде при нагоді.

Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong.	Пильнуйте, стійте у вірі, будьте мужні і тверді.

Let all that ye do be done in love.	Усе у вас нехай буде з любов’ю.

Now I beseech you, brethren (ye know the house of Stephanas, that it is the firstfruits of Achaia, and that they have set themselves to minister unto the saints),	Благаю вас, браття [ви знаєте сім’ю Стефанову, що вона є початок Ахайї і що вони присвятили себе на служіння святим],
16	16
that ye also be in subjection unto such, and to everyone that helpeth in the work and laboreth.	будьте і ви шанобливі до таких і до всякого, хто допомагає і трудиться.

And I rejoice at the coming of Stephanas and Fortunatus and Achaicus: for that which was lacking on your part they supplied.	Я радий приходу Стефана, Фортуната і Ахаїка; вони заповнили відсутність вашу,

For they refreshed my spirit and yours: acknowledge ye therefore them that are such.	бо вони заспокоїли мій і ваш дух. Шануйте таких.

The churches of Asia salute you. Aquila and Priscilla salute you much in the Lord, with the church that is in their house.	Вітають вас Церкви Асійськi; щиро вітають вас у Господі Акила і Прискілла разом із домашньою їхньою церквою.

All the brethren salute you. Salute one another with a holy kiss.	Вітають вас усі браття. Вітайте один одного святим цілуванням.

The salutation of me Paul with mine own hand.	Моє, Павлове, вітання власною рукою.

If any man loveth not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be anathema. Maranatha.	Хто не любить Господа Ісуса Христа, нехай буде проклятий, мара́н-афа́.^*

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with you.	Благодать Господа нашого Ісуса Христа з вами,
