|
Ми, сильні, повинні терпіти немочі безсилих‚ а не собі догоджати.
|
Now we that are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves.
|
|

|
|
Кожен з нас повинен догоджати ближньому на благо, для повчання.
|
Let each one of us please his neighbor for that which is good, unto edifying.
|
|

|
|
Бо й Христос не Собі догоджав, але, як написано: «Лихослів’я тих, що лихословили Тебе, впали на Мене».
|
For Christ also pleased not himself; but, as it is written, The reproaches of them that reproached thee fell upon me.
|
|

|
|
А все, що написано було раніше, написано нам на повчання, щоб ми терпінням і втішанням з Писання зберігали надію.
|
For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written aforetime for our learning, that through patience and through comfort of the scriptures we might have hope.
|
|

|
|
Бог же терпіння і втішення нехай дарує вам бути в однодумстві між собою, за вченням Христа Ісуса,
|
Now the God of patience and of comfort grant you to be of the same mind one with another according to Christ Jesus:
|

|
|
щоб ви однодушно, єдиними устами славили Бога і Отця Господа нашого Ісуса Христа.
|
that with one accord ye may with one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
|
|

|
|
Тому приймайте один одного, як і Христос прийняв вас до слави Божої.
|
Wherefore receive ye one another, even as Christ also received you, to the glory of God.
|
|

|
|
Говорю ж, що Ісус Христос став служителем для обрізаних — заради істини Божої, щоб виконати обітниці отцям,
|
Now I say that Christ Jesus hath been made a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, that he might confirm the promises given unto the fathers,
|
|

|
|
а для язичників — з милости, щоб славили Бога, як написано: «За те буду славити Тебе, Господи, між язичниками і буду співати імені Твоєму».
|
and that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy; as it is written, Therefore will I give praise unto thee among the Gentiles, And sing unto thy name.
|

|
І ще сказано: «Звеселіться, язичники, з народом Його».
|
And again he saith, Rejoice, ye Gentiles, with his people.
|

|
|
І ще: «Хваліть Господа, всі язичники, і прославляйте Його, усі народи».
|
And again, Praise the Lord, all ye Gentiles; And praise him, all ye peoples.
|
|

|
|
Ісая також говорить: «Буде корінь Ієсеїв, що постане володіти народами; на Hього язичники надіятися будуть».
|
And again, Isaiah saith, There shall be the root of Jesse, And he that ariseth to rule over the Gentiles; On him shall the Gentiles hope.
|
|

|
|
Hехай же Бог надії наповнить вас усякою радістю і миром у вірі, щоб ви, силою Духа Святого, збагатилися надією.
|
Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, in the power of the Holy Spirit.
|

|
|
І сам я певний за вас, браття мої, що і ви повні доброти і всякого пізнання і можете настановляти один одного;
|
And I myself also am persuaded of you, my brethren, that ye yourselves are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge, able also to admonish others.
|
|

|
|
але писав вам, браття, з деякою сміливістю, почасти ніби для нагадування вам, за даною мені від Бога благодаттю
|
But I write the more boldly unto you, brethren, in some measure, as putting you again in remembrance, because of the grace that was given me of God,
|
|

|

|
|
бути служителем Ісуса Христа у язичників і виконувати священнодійство благовістя Божого, щоб ця жертва язичників, освячена Духом Святим, була благоприємна Богові.
|
that I should be a minister of Jesus Christ unto the Gentiles, ministering the gospel of God, that the offering up of the Gentiles might be made acceptable, being sanctified by the Holy Spirit.

|
Отже, я можу похвалитися в Христі Ісусі в тому, що стосується Бога,
|
I have therefore my glorying in Christ Jesus in things pertaining to God.
|
|

|
|
бо не смію сказати що-небудь таке, чого не створив Христос через мене, в підкоренні язичників вірі, словом і ділом,
|
For I will not dare to speak of any things save those which Christ wrought through me, for the obedience of the Gentiles, by word and deed,
|
|

|
|
силою знамень і чудес, силою Духа Божого, так що благовістя Христове розповсюджено мною від Єрусалима до Іллірика.
|
in the power of signs and wonders, in the power of the Spirit of God; so that from Jerusalem, and round about even unto Illyricum, I have fully preached the gospel of Christ;
|

|
Притому я намагався проповідувати не там, де вже було відоме ім’я Христове, щоб не будувати на чужій основі,
|
yea, making it my aim so to preach the gospel, not where Christ was already named, that I might not build upon another man’s foundation;
|
|

|
але як написано: «Кому не звіщалося про Нього, побачать, і ті, що не чули, дізнаються».
|
but, as it is written, To whom no tidings of him came, they shall see, And they who have not heard shall understand.
|
|

|
|
Саме це багато разів і перешкоджало мені прийти до вас.
|
Wherefore also I was hindered these many times from coming to you:
|

|
|
Тепер же, не маючи такого місця в цих країнах, але з давніх літ маючи бажання прийти до вас,
|
but now, having no more any place in these regions, and having these many years a longing to come unto you,
|
|

|

|
|
як тільки вирушу в дорогу до Іспанії, прийду до вас. Бо маю надію, що, проходячи, побачусь із вами і що ви проведете мене туди після того, як я натішусь, хоча б почасти, спілкуванням з вами.
|
whensoever I go unto Spain, I will come to you (for I hope to see you in my journey, and to be brought on my way thitherward by you, if first in some measure I shall have been satisfied with your company)—

|
А тепер я йду до Єрусалима, щоб послужити святим,
|
but now, I say, I go unto Jerusalem, ministering unto the saints.
|
|

|
|
бо Македонія і Ахайя стараються зібрати деяке подаяння для бідних між святими в Єрусалимі.
|
For it hath been the good pleasure of Macedonia and Achaia to make a certain contribution for the poor among the saints that are at Jerusalem.
|
|

|
|
Стараються, але й боржники вони перед ними. Бо коли язичники стали учасниками в їхньому духовному, то повинні і їм послужити в тілесному.
|
Yea, it hath been their good pleasure; and their debtors they are. For if the Gentiles have been made partakers of their spiritual things, they owe it to them also to minister unto them in carnal things.
|

|
Виконавши це і вручивши їм цей плід, я вирушу через ваші місця до Іспанії
|
When therefore I have accomplished this, and have sealed to them this fruit, I will go on by you unto Spain.
|
|

|
|
і певний, що коли прийду до вас, то прийду з повним благословенням благовістя Христового.
|
And I know that, when I come unto you, I shall come in the fullness of the blessing of the gospel of Christ.
|
|

|
|
Тим часом благаю вас, браття, Господом нашим Ісусом Христом і любов’ю Духа, допомагати мені в молитвах за мене до Бога,
|
Now I beseech you, brethren, by our Lord Jesus Christ, and by the love of the Spirit, that ye strive together with me in your prayers to God for me;
|

|
щоб позбутися мені невіруючих у Юдеї і щоб служіння моє для Єрусалима було приємне святим,
|
that I may be delivered from them that are disobedient in Judea, and that my ministration which I have for Jerusalem may be acceptable to the saints;
|
|
32
|
32
|
|
щоб мені з радістю прийти до вас з волі Божої і заспокоїтися з вами.
|
that I may come unto you in joy through the will of God, and together with you find rest.
|
|
33
|
33
|
|
Hехай же Бог миру буде з усіма вами. Амінь.
|
Now the God of peace be with you all. Amen.
