| Моли́тва ни́щагѡ, є҆гда̀ оу҆ны́етъ и҆ пред̾ гдⷭ҇емъ пролїе́тъ моле́нїе своѐ, р҃а҃. | A Prayer for the Poor; when he is deeply afflicted, and pours out his supplication before the Lord. |

| Гдⷭ҇и, оу҆слы́ши моли́твꙋ мою̀, и҆ во́пль мо́й къ тебѣ̀ да прїи́детъ. | Hear my prayer, O Lord, and let my cry come to thee. |

| Не ѿвратѝ лица̀ твоегѡ̀ ѿ менє̀: въ ѻ҆́ньже а҆́ще де́нь скорблю̀, приклонѝ ко мнѣ̀ оу҆́хо твоѐ: въ ѻ҆́ньже а҆́ще де́нь призовꙋ́ тѧ, ско́рѡ оу҆слы́ши мѧ̀. | Turn not away thy face from me: in the day when I am afflicted, incline thine ear to me: in the day when I shall call upon thee, speedily hear me. |

| Ꙗ҆́кѡ и҆зчезо́ша ꙗ҆́кѡ ды́мъ дні́е моѝ, и҆ кѡ́сти моѧ̑ ꙗ҆́кѡ сꙋши́ло сосхо́шасѧ. | For my days have vanished like smoke, and my bones have been parched like a stick. |

| Оу҆ѧ́звленъ бы́хъ ꙗ҆́кѡ трава̀, и҆ и҆́зсше се́рдце моѐ, ꙗ҆́кѡ забы́хъ снѣ́сти хлѣ́бъ мо́й. | I am blighted like grass, and my heart is dried up; for I have forgotten to eat my bread. |

| Ѿ гла́са воздыха́нїѧ моегѡ̀ прильпѐ ко́сть моѧ̀ пло́ти мое́й. | By reason of the voice of my groaning, my bone has cleaved to my flesh. |

| Оу҆подо́бихсѧ неѧ́сыти пꙋсты́ннѣй, бы́хъ ꙗ҆́кѡ нощны́й вра́нъ на ны́рищи [на разва́линѣ]. | I have become like a pelican of the wilderness; |
|

|

|
| Бдѣ́хъ и҆ бы́хъ ꙗ҆́кѡ пти́ца ѡ҆со́бѧщаѧсѧ на здѣ̀ [на кро́вѣ]. | I have become like an owl in a ruined house. I have watched, and am become as a sparrow dwelling alone on a roof. |

| Ве́сь де́нь поноша́хꙋ мѝ вразѝ моѝ, и҆ хва́лѧщїи мѧ̀ мно́ю [на мѧ̀] кленѧ́хꙋсѧ. | All the day long mine enemies have reproached me; and they that praised me have sworn against me. |

| Занѐ пе́пелъ ꙗ҆́кѡ хлѣ́бъ ꙗ҆дѧ́хъ и҆ питїѐ моѐ съ пла́чемъ растворѧ́хъ, | For I have eaten ashes as it were bread, and mingled my drink with weeping; |

| ѿ лица̀ гнѣ́ва твоегѡ̀ и҆ ꙗ҆́рости твоеѧ̀: ꙗ҆́кѡ возне́съ низве́рглъ мѧ̀ є҆сѝ. | because of thine anger and thy wrath: for thou hast lifted me up, and dashed me down. |

| Дні́е моѝ ꙗ҆́кѡ сѣ́нь оу҆клони́шасѧ, и҆ а҆́зъ ꙗ҆́кѡ сѣ́нѡ и҆зсхо́хъ. | My days have declined like a shadow; and I am withered like grass. |
|

|
| Ты́ же, гдⷭ҇и, во вѣ́къ пребыва́еши, и҆ па́мѧть твоѧ̀ въ ро́дъ и҆ ро́дъ. | But thou, Lord, endurest for ever, and thy memorial to generation and generation. |
|

|
| Ты̀ воскр҃съ оу҆ще́дриши сїѡ́на: ꙗ҆́кѡ вре́мѧ оу҆ще́дрити є҆го̀, ꙗ҆́кѡ прїи́де вре́мѧ. | Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Sion: for it is time to have mercy upon her, for the set time is come. |

| Ꙗ҆́кѡ благоволи́ша рабѝ твоѝ ка́менїе [ѡ҆ ка́менїи] є҆гѡ̀, и҆ пе́рсть є҆гѡ̀ оу҆ще́дрѧтъ. | For thy servants have taken pleasure in her stones, and they shall pity her dust. |

| И҆ оу҆боѧ́тсѧ ꙗ҆зы́цы и҆́мене гдⷭ҇нѧ, и҆ всѝ ца́рїе зе́мстїи сла́вы твоеѧ̀: | So the nations shall fear thy name, O Lord, and all kings thy glory. |
|

| ꙗ҆́кѡ сози́ждетъ гдⷭ҇ь сїѡ́на и҆ ꙗ҆ви́тсѧ во сла́вѣ свое́й. | For the Lord shall build up Sion, and shall appear in his glory. |
|

|
| Призрѣ̀ на моли́твꙋ смире́нныхъ и҆ не оу҆ничижѝ моле́нїѧ и҆́хъ. | He has had regard to the prayer of the lowly, and has not despised their petition. |
|

|
19
|
| Да напи́шетсѧ сїѐ въ ро́дъ и҆́нъ, и҆ лю́дїе зи́ждемїи восхва́лѧтъ гдⷭ҇а: | Let this be written for another generation; and the people that shall be created shall praise the Lord. |
|

|
| ꙗ҆́кѡ прини́че съ высоты̀ ст҃ы́ѧ своеѧ̀, гдⷭ҇ь съ нб҃сѐ на зе́млю призрѣ̀, | For he has looked out from the height of his sanctuary; the Lord looked upon the earth from heaven; |

| оу҆слы́шати воздыха́нїе ѡ҆кова́нныхъ, разрѣши́ти сы́ны оу҆мерщвле́нныхъ: | to hear the groaning of the fettered ones, to loosen the sons of the slain; |
|

|
| возвѣсти́ти въ сїѡ́нѣ и҆́мѧ гдⷭ҇не и҆ хвалꙋ̀ є҆гѡ̀ во і҆ерⷭ҇ли́мѣ, | to proclaim the name of the Lord in Sion, and his praise in Jerusalem; |

|
| внегда̀ собра́тисѧ лю́демъ вкꙋ́пѣ и҆ царє́мъ, є҆́же рабо́тати гдⷭ҇еви. | when the people are gathered together, and the kings, to serve the Lord. |
|

|
| Ѿвѣща̀ є҆мꙋ̀ на пꙋтѝ крѣ́пости є҆гѡ̀: оу҆мале́нїе дні́й мои́хъ возвѣсти́ ми: | He answered him in the way of his strength: tell me the fewness of my days. |
|

|
| не возведѝ менѐ во преполове́нїе дні́й мои́хъ: въ ро́дѣ родѡ́въ лѣ̑та твоѧ̑. | Take me not away in the midst of my days: thy years are through all generations. |

|
| Въ нача́лѣхъ ты̀, гдⷭ҇и, зе́млю ѡ҆снова́лъ є҆сѝ, и҆ дѣла̀ рꙋкꙋ̀ твоє́ю сꙋ́ть небеса̀. | In the beginning thou, O Lord, didst lay the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands. |

| Та̑ поги́бнꙋтъ, ты́ же пребыва́еши: и҆ всѧ̑ ꙗ҆́кѡ ри́за ѡ҆бетша́ютъ, и҆ ꙗ҆́кѡ ѻ҆де́ждꙋ свїе́ши ѧ҆̀, и҆ и҆змѣнѧ́тсѧ. | They shall perish, but thou remainest: and they all shall wax old as a garment; and as a vesture shalt thou fold them, and they shall be changed. |

| Ты́ же то́йжде є҆сѝ, и҆ лѣ̑та твоѧ̑ не ѡ҆скꙋдѣ́ютъ. | But thou art the same, and thy years shall not fail. |
|

|
| Сы́нове ра̑бъ твои́хъ вселѧ́тсѧ, и҆ сѣ́мѧ и҆́хъ во вѣ́къ и҆спра́витсѧ. | The children of thy servants shall dwell securely, and their seed shall prosper for ever. |
