| Seek not of the Lord preeminence, neither of the king the seat of honour. | Не проси2 ў гDа владhчества, нижE t царS сэдaлища слaвы. |

| Justify not thyself before the Lord; and boast not of thy wisdom before the king. | Не њправдaй себE пред8 бGомъ и3 пред8 царeмъ не мудри1сz. |

| Seek not to be judge, being not able to take away iniquity; lest at any time thou fear the person of the mighty, and lay a stumblingblock in the way of thy uprightness. | Не и3щи2, да бyдеши судіS, є3гдA не возм0жеши tsти непр†вды: да не когдA ўбои1шисz лицA си1льнагw и3 положи1ши соблaзнъ въ прaвости твоeй. |

| Offend not against the multitude of a city, and then thou shalt not cast thyself down among the people. | Не согрэшaй во мн0жествэ грaда и3 не низлагaй себE въ нар0дэ. |

| Bind not one sin upon another; for in one thou shalt not be unpunished. | Не свzжи2 двaжды грэхA, и3 во є3ди1нэмъ бо не непови1ненъ бyдеши. |

| Say not, God will look upon the multitude of my oblations, and when I offer to the most high God, he will accept it. | Не рцы2: на мн0жество дарHвъ мои1хъ воззри1тъ, и3 приносsщу ми2 бGу вhшнему, пріи1метъ. |

| Be not fainthearted when thou makest thy prayer, and neglect not to give alms. | Не малодyшествуй въ моли1твэ твоeй и3 ми1лостыню твори1ти не прeзри. |

| Devise not a lie against thy brother; neither do the like to thy friend. | Не њри2 лжи2 на брaта твоего2, нижE дрyгу т0жде твори2. |

| Hate not laborious work, neither husbandry, which the most High hath ordained. | Не возненави1ди трyднагw дёла и3 земледёліz t вhшнzгw с0здана. |

| Number not thyself among the multitude of sinners, but remember that wrath will not tarry long. | Не привмэнsй себE ко мн0жеству грёшникwвъ. |

| Whereas thy servant worketh truly, entreat him not evil, nor the hireling that bestoweth himself wholly for thee. | Не и3змэни2 дрyга ни на что2, ни брaта пrна на злaтэ сwфjрстэмъ. |

| Let thy soul love a good servant, and defraud him not of liberty. | Не tступaй t жены2 премyдры и3 блaги, и4бо благодaть є3S пaче злaта. |

| Hast thou cattle? have an eye to them: and if they be for thy profit, keep them with thee. | Не њѕл0би рабA дёлающа во и4стинэ, нижE наeмника вдаю1ща дyшу свою2. |

| Hast thou children? instruct them, and bow down their neck from their youth. | РабA разуми1ва да лю1битъ душA твоS, и3 не лиши2 є3го2 своб0ды. |

| Hast thou daughters? have a care of their body, and shew not thyself cheerful toward them. | Е$сть ли ти2 ск0тъ, призирaй є3го2, и3 ѓще ти2 бyдетъ потрeбенъ, да пребyдетъ ти2. |

| Marry thy daughter, and so shalt thou have performed a weighty matter: but give her to a man of understanding. | Сyть ли ти2 ч†да, накажи2 | и3 преклони2 t ю4ности вhю и4хъ. |

| Hast thou a wife after thy mind? forsake her not. | Сyть ли ти2 дщє1ри, внимaй тёлу и4хъ и3 не kвлsй весeлагw къ ни6мъ лицA твоегw2. |

| Honour thy father with thy whole heart, and forget not the sorrows of thy mother. | Вhдай дщeрь, и3 бyдеши соверши1вый дёло вели1ко: и3 мyжеви разуми1ву дaждь ю5. |

| Remember that thou wast begotten of them; and how canst thou recompense them the things that they have done for thee? | Е$сть ли ти2 женA по души2, не и3зжени2 є3S. |

| Fear the Lord, and honour the priest: and give him his portion, as it is commanded thee: the firstfruits, and the trespass offering, and the gift of the shoulders, and the sacrifice of sanctification, and the firstfruits of the holy things. | Всeю душeю твоeю благоговёй гDеви и3 їерє1и є3гw2 чти2. |

| And stretch thine hand unto the poor, that thy blessing may be perfected. | Всeю си1лою (твоeю) возлюби2 сотв0ршаго тS и3 служи1телей є3гw2 не њстaви. |

| A gift hath grace in the sight of every man living; and for the dead detain it not. | Б0йсz гDа и3 прослaви їерeа, и3 дaждь чaсть є3мY, ћкоже заповёдано ти2: |

| Fail not to be with them that weep, and mourn with them that mourn. | начaтки, и3 њ согрэшeніи, и3 даsніе мhшцей, и3 жeртву с™hни, и3 начaтокъ с™hхъ. |

| Be not slow to visit the sick: for that shall make thee to be beloved. | И# ни1щему простри2 рyку твою2, да соверши1тсz благословeніе твоE. |

| Whatsoever thou takest in hand, remember the end, and thou shalt never do amiss. | Благодaть даsніz пред8 всsкимъ живhмъ (да бyдетъ), и3 над8 мертвецeмъ не возбрани2 благодaти. |
