| Лyчше ўкрyхъ хлёба со слaстію въ ми1рэ, нeжели д0мъ и3сп0лненъ мн0гихъ благи1хъ и3 непрaведныхъ жeртвъ со брaнію. | Better is a morsel with pleasure in peace, than a house full of many good things and unjust sacrifices, with strife. |

| Рaбъ смhсленъ њбладaетъ влады6ки безyмными, въ брaтіихъ же раздэли1тъ (и3мёніе) на ч†сти. | A wise servant shall have rule over foolish masters, and shall divide portions among brethren. |

| Ћкоже и3скушaетсz въ пещи2 сребро2 и3 злaто, тaкw и3збр†ннаz сердцA ў гDа. | As silver and gold are tried in a furnace, so are choice hearts with the Lord. |

| Ѕлhй послyшаетъ љзhка законопрестyпныхъ, првdный же не внимaетъ ўстнaмъ лжи6вымъ. | A bad man hearkens to the tongue of transgressors: but a righteous man attends not to false lips. |

| Ругaйсz ўб0гому раздражaетъ сотв0ршаго є3го2, рaдуzйсz же њ погибaющемъ не њбезвини1тсz: ми1луzй же поми1лованъ бyдетъ. | He that laughs at the poor provokes him that made him; and he that rejoices at the destruction of another shall not be held guiltless: but he that has compassion shall find mercy. |

| Вэнeцъ стaрыхъ ч†да ч†дъ: похвалa же чaдомъ nтцы2 и4хъ. Вёрному вeсь мjръ богaтство, невёрному же нижE пёнzзь. | Children's children are the crown of old men; and their fathers are the glory of children. |

| Неприли6чны сyть безyмному ўстнЁ вBрны, нижE првdному ўстнЁ лжи6вы. | Faithful lips will not suit a fool; nor lying lips a just man. |

| МздA благодaтей наказaніе ўпотреблsющымъ: и3 ѓможе ѓще њбрати1тсz, ўспёетъ. | Instruction is to them that use it a gracious reward: and whithersoever it may turn, it shall prosper. |

| И$же таи1тъ њби6ды, и4щетъ любвE: ґ и4же ненави1дитъ скрывaти, разлучaетъ дрyги и3 дом†шніz. | He that conceals injuries seeks love; but he that hates to hide them separates friends and kindred. |
|

| Сокрушaетъ прещeніе сeрдце мyдрагw: безyмный же біeмь не чyвствуетъ (рaнъ). | A threat breaks down the heart of a wise man; but a fool, though scourged, understands not. |

| ПрекослHвіz воздви1жетъ всsкъ ѕлhй: гDь же ѓгGла неми1лостива п0слетъ нaнь. | Every bad man stirs up strifes: but the Lord will send out against him an unmerciful messenger. |
|

| Впадeтъ попечeніе мyжу смhсленну: безyмніи же размышлsютъ ѕл†z. | Care may befall a man of understanding; but fools will meditate evils. |
|

|
| И$же воздаeтъ ѕл†z за бlг†z, не подви1гнутсz ѕл†z и3з8 д0му є3гw2. | Whoso rewards evil for good, evil shall not be removed from his house. |
|

| Влaсть даeтъ словесє1мъ начaло прaвды: предводи1телствуетъ же скyдости прS и3 брaнь. | Rightful rule gives power to words; but sedition and strife precede poverty. |
|

|
| И$же сyдитъ првdнаго непрaведнымъ, непрaведнаго же првdнымъ, нечи1стъ и3 мeрзокъ ў гDа. | He that pronounces the unjust just, and the just unjust, is unclean and abominable with God. |
|

| Вскyю бsше и3мёніе безyмному; стzжaти бо премyдрости безсeрдый не м0жетъ. И$же выс0къ твори1тъ св0й д0мъ, и4щетъ сокрушeніz: њстроптэвazй же ўчи1тисz впадeтъ во ѕл†z. | Why has the fool wealth? for a senseless man will not be able to purchase wisdom. |

| На всsко врeмz дрyгъ да бyдетъ тебЁ, брaтіz же въ нyждахъ полeзни да бyдутъ: сегH бо рaди раждaютсz. | Have thou a friend for every time, and let brethren be useful in distress; for on this account are they born. |

| Мyжъ безyменъ плeщетъ и3 рaдуетсz себЁ, ћкоже поручazйсz и3спорyчитъ дрyга своего2, на свои1хъ же ўстнaхъ џгнь сокр0вищствуетъ. | A foolish man applauds and rejoices over himself, as he also that becomes surety would make himself responsible for his own friends. |

| Грэхолю1бецъ рaдуетсz свaрwмъ, ґ жестокосeрдый не ўсрsщетъ благи1хъ. | A lover of sin rejoices in strifes; |

| Мyжъ ўдобопрел0жный љзhкомъ впадeтъ во ѕл†z: сeрдце же безyмнагw болёзнь стzжaвшему є5. | and the hard-hearted man comes not in for good. A man of a changeful tongue will fall into mischiefs; |

| Не весели1тсz nтeцъ њ сhнэ ненакaзаннэмъ: сhнъ же мyдръ весели1тъ мaтерь свою2. | and the heart of a fool is grief to its possessor. A father rejoices not over an uninstructed son; but a wise son gladdens his mother. |

| Сeрдце веселsщесz бlгоимётисz твори1тъ: мyжу же печaльну засhшутъ кHсти. | A glad heart promotes health; but the bones of a sorrowful man dry up. |
|

| Пріeмлющему дaры непрaведнw въ нBдра не пред8успэвaютъ путіE: нечести1вый же ўкланsетъ пути6 прaвды. | The ways of a man who unjustly receives gifts in his bosom do not prosper; and an ungodly man perverts the ways of righteousness. |

| ЛицE разyмно мyжа премyдра, џчи же безyмнагw на концёхъ земли2. | The countenance of a wise man is sensible; but the eyes of a fool go to the ends of the earth. |

| Гнёвъ nтцY сhнъ безyменъ, и3 болёзнь р0ждшей є3го2. | A foolish son is a cause of anger to his father, and grief to her that bore him. |
|

| Тщєты2 твори1ти мyжу првdну не добро2, нижE препод0бно навётовати властeмъ прaвєднымъ. | It is not right to punish a righteous man, nor is it holy to plot against righteous princes. |
|

| И$же щади1тъ глаг0лъ произнести2 жeстокъ, разyменъ: долготерпэли1вый же мyжъ премyдръ, лyчше и4щущагw наyки. | He that forbears to utter a hard word is discreet, and a patient man is wise. |
|

| Несмhсленному вопроси1вшу њ мyдрости, мyдрость вмэни1тсz: нёма же кто2 себE твори1тъ, возмни1тсz разyменъ бhти. | Wisdom shall be imputed to a fool who asks after wisdom: and he who holds his peace shall seem to be sensible. |
