| Then Baldad the Sauchite answered and said, | Tвэщaвъ же валдaдъ саvхeйскій, речE: |

| How long wilt thou continue? forbear, that we also may speak. | док0лэ не престaнеши; пожди2, да и3 мы2 возглаг0лемъ. |

| For wherefore have we been silent before thee like brutes? | И# почто2 ѓки четверонHжнаz ўмолчaхомъ пред8 тоб0ю; |

|
| Anger has possessed thee: for what if thou shouldest die; would the earth under heaven be desolate? or shall the mountains be overthrown from their foundations? | Пребhсть ти2 гнёвъ. чт0 бо; ѓще ты2 ќмреши, не населeнна ли бyдетъ поднебeснаz; и3ли2 превратsтсz г0ры и3з8 њсновaній; |

| But the light of the ungodly shall be quenched, and their flame shall not go up. | И# свётъ нечести1выхъ ўгaснетъ, и3 не произhдетъ и4хъ плaмень: |

| His light shall be darkness in his habitation, and his lamp shall be put out with him. | свётъ є3гw2 тмA въ жили1щи, свэти1лникъ же въ нeмъ ўгaснетъ: |

| Let the meanest of men spoil his goods, and let his counsel deceive him. | да ўловsтъ мeншіи и3мBніz є3гw2, погрэши1тъ же є3гw2 совётъ: |

|
| His foot also has been caught in a snare, and let it be entangled in a net. | ввeржена же бhсть ногA є3гw2 въ прyгло, мрeжею да повіeтсz: |
|

| And let snares come upon him: he shall strengthen those that thirst for his destruction. | да пріи1дутъ же нaнь пр{гла, ўкрэпи1тъ нaнь жaждущихъ: |
|

|
| His snare is hid in the earth, and that which shall take him is by the path. | скрhсz въ земли2 ќже є3гw2, и3 ћтіе є3гw2 на стези2. |
|

| Let pains destroy him round about, and let many enemies come about him, | W$крестъ да погубsтъ є3го2 болBзни: мн0зи же w4крестъ н0гъ є3гw2 њб8и1дутъ во глaдэ тёснэмъ: |

| vex him with distressing hunger: and a signal destruction has been prepared for him. | падeніе же є3мY ўгот0вано вели1ко. |

| Let the soles of his feet be devoured: and death shall consume his beauty. | Поzдє1ны же да бyдутъ плєсны2 н0гъ є3гw2, кр†снаz же є3гw2 да поsстъ смeрть. |

| And let health be utterly banished from his tabernacle, and let distress seize upon him with a charge from the king. | Tт0ржено же бyди t житіS є3гw2 и3зцэлeніе, да и4метъ же є3го2 бэдA вин0ю цaрскою. |

|
| It shall dwell in his tabernacle in his night: his excellency shall be sown with brimstone. | Да всели1тсz въ хрaминэ є3гw2 въ нощи2 є3гw2, посы6пана да бyдутъ лёпwтнаz є3гw2 жyпеломъ: |

|
| His roots shall be dried up from beneath, and his crop shall fall away from above. | под8 ни1мъ корє1ніz є3гw2 да и3зс0хнутъ, свhше же нападeтъ пожaтіе є3гw2. |

| Let his memorial perish out of the earth, and his name shall be publicly cast out. | Пaмzть є3гw2 да поги1бнетъ t земли2, и3 (не) бyдетъ и4мz є3гw2 на лицы2 внёшнемъ: |

| Let one drive him from light into darkness. | да tри1нетъ є3го2 t свёта во тмY: |

| He shall not be known among his people, nor his house preserved on the earth. | не бyдетъ знaемь въ лю1дехъ є3гw2, нижE спасeнъ въ поднебeснэй д0мъ є3гw2: |
|

|
| But strangers shall dwell in his possessions: the last groaned for him, and wonder seized the first. | но въ свои1хъ є3мY поживyтъ и3нjи, над8 ни1мъ воздохнyша послёдніи, пeрвыхъ же њб8S чyдо. |

| These are the houses of the unrighteous, and this is the place of them that know not the Lord. | Сjи сyть д0мове непрaведныхъ, сіe же мёсто невёдущихъ бGа. |
