| Кто2 возложи1тъ на помышлeніе моE р†ны и3 на сeрдце моE наказaніе премyдрости, да њ неразyміихъ мои1хъ не пощадsтъ, и3 да не прeйдутъ грэси2 и4хъ; | Who will set scourges over my thoughts, and the discipline of wisdom over mine heart? that they spare me not for mine ignorances, and it pass not by my sins: |

| Ћкw да не ўмн0жатсz невBдэніz мо‰ и3 грэси2 мои2 премн0зи да не бyдутъ, и3 падyсz пред8 супост†ты, и3 порaдуетмисz врaгъ м0й. | lest mine ignorances increase, and my sins abound to my destruction, and I fall before mine adversaries, and mine enemy rejoice over me, whose hope is far from thy mercy. |

| ГDи џ§е и3 б9е животA моегw2, не дaждь возношeніz nчи1ма мои1ма и3 вожделёніе tврати2 t менє2. | O Lord, Father and God of my life, give me not a proud look. |

| Чрeва п0хоть и3 блудодэ‰ніz да не њб8и1мутъ мS, и3 безстyднэй души2 не предaждь менE. | Turn away concupiscence from me. |

| Послyшайте, ч†да, наказaніz ќстъ: хранsй бо не ћтъ бyдетъ ўстнaма свои1ма. | Let not the greediness of the belly nor lust of the flesh take hold of me; and give me not over into an impudent mind. |

| Ўстнaма свои1ма ћтъ бyдетъ грёшникъ, и3 клеветни1къ и3 г0рдый поп0лзнетсz въ ни1хъ. | Hear, O ye children, the discipline of the mouth: he that keepeth it shall never be taken in his lips. |

| Заклинaнію не њбучaй ќстъ свои1хъ | The sinner shall be left in his foolishness: both the evil speaker and the proud shall fall thereby. |

| и3 клsтисz и4менемъ с™hмъ не навыкaй. | Accustom not thy mouth to swearing; neither use thyself to the naming of the Holy One. |

| Ћкоже бо рaбъ и3стzзyемь чaстw t р†нъ не ўмaлитсz, тaкожде и3 кленhйсz и4менемъ с™hмъ всегдA t грэхA не њчи1ститсz. | For as a servant that is continually beaten shall not be without a blue mark: so he that sweareth and nameth God continually shall not be faultless. |

| Мyжъ кленhйсz мн0гw и3сп0лнитсz беззак0ніz, и3 не tстyпитъ t д0му є3гw2 ћзва: | A man that useth much swearing shall be filled with iniquity, and the plague shall never depart from his house: if he shall offend, his sin shall be upon him: and if he acknowledge not his sin, he maketh a double offence: and if he swear in vain, he shall not be innocent, but his house shall be full of calamities. |

| ѓще согрэши1тъ, грёхъ є3гw2 на нeмъ, и3 ѓще прeзритъ, сугyбw согрэши1тъ: | There is a word that is clothed about with death: God grant that it be not found in the heritage of Jacob; for all such things shall be far from the godly, and they shall not wallow in their sins. |

| и3 ѓще вотщE клsсz, не њправди1тсz, и3сп0лнитсz бо д0мъ є3гw2 нападeніz. | Use not thy mouth to intemperate swearing, for therein is the word of sin. |

| Е$сть бесёда њблечeна смeртію: да не њбрsщетсz во наслёдіи їaкwвли: | Remember thy father and thy mother, when thou sittest among great men. Be not forgetful before them, and so thou by thy custom become a fool, and wish that thou hadst not been born, and curse the day of thy nativity. |

| t благочести1выхъ бо вс‰ сі‰ tстyпzтъ, и3 во грэхи2 не впадyтсz. | The man that is accustomed to opprobrious words will never be reformed all the days of his life. |

| Въ ненаказaніи неключи1мэмъ не њбучaй ќстъ свои1хъ: є4сть бо въ нeмъ сл0во грэхA. | Two sorts of men multiply sin, and the third will bring wrath: a hot mind is as a burning fire, it will never be quenched till it be consumed: a fornicator in the body of his flesh will never cease till he hath kindled a fire. |

| Помzни2 nтцA твоего2 и3 мaтерь твою2, посредЁ бо вельм0жъ сэди1ши: | All bread is sweet to a whoremonger, he will not leave off till he die. |

| да не кaкw забвeнъ бyдеши пред8 ни1ми, и3 њбhчаемъ свои1мъ њбуsеши и3 пох0щеши, дабы2 ты2 не роди1лсz, и3 дeнь рождeніz твоегw2 прокленeши. | A man that breaketh wedlock, saying thus in his heart, Who seeth me? I am compassed about with darkness, the walls cover me, and no body seeth me; what need I to fear? the most High will not remember my sins: |

| Человёкъ њбучazсz словесє1мъ поношeніz во всёхъ днeхъ свои1хъ не научи1тсz. | such a man only feareth the eyes of men, and knoweth not that the eyes of the Lord are ten thousand times brighter than the sun, beholding all the ways of men, and considering the most secret parts. |

| ДвA ви6да ўмножaютъ грэхи2 и3 трeтій нав0дитъ гнёвъ: | He knew all things ere ever they were created; so also after they were perfected he looked upon them all. |

| душA теплA, ћкw џгнь горsщь, не ўгaснетъ, д0ндеже поглощенA бyдетъ: | This man shall be punished in the streets of the city, and where he suspecteth not he shall be taken. |

| человёкъ блудни1къ въ тёлэ пл0ти своеS не престaнетъ, д0ндеже возжжeтъ џгнь. | Thus shall it go also with the wife that leaveth her husband, and bringeth in an heir by another. |
|

| Человёку блyдну всsкъ хлёбъ слaдокъ, не престaнетъ, д0ндеже ќмретъ. | For first, she hath disobeyed the law of the most High; and secondly, she hath trespassed against her own husband; and thirdly, she hath played the whore in adultery, and brought children by another man. |

| Человёкъ преступazй л0же своE, глаг0лz въ души2 своeй: кто2 мS ви1дитъ; | She shall be brought out into the congregation, and inquisition shall be made of her children. |

| тмA w4крестъ менє2, и3 стёны закрывaютъ мS, и3 никт0же мS ви1дитъ, когw2 ўбою1сz; грэхHвъ мои1хъ не воспомsнетъ вhшній. | Her children shall not take root, and her branches shall bring forth no fruit. |

| И# џчи человёчестіи стрaхъ є3гw2: | She shall leave her memory to be cursed, and her reproach shall not be blotted out. |

| и3 не разумЁ, ћкw џчи гDни тмaми тeмъ крaтъ свэтлёйшіи с0лнца сyть, | And they that remain shall know that there is nothing better than the fear of the Lord, and that there is nothing sweeter than to take heed unto the commandments of the Lord. |

| Сeй на путeхъ грaда tмщeнъ бyдетъ, и3 и3дёже не надёzшесz, ћтъ бyдетъ. | |

| Тaкожде и3 женA њстaвльшаz мyжа своего2 и3 пріeмлющаz наслёдника t и3н0гw: | |

| пeрвое бо t зак0на вhшнzгw tступи2, и3 втор0е мyжу своемY согрэши2, и3 трeтіе блуд0мъ прелюбодёйствова, t чуждaгw мyжа ч†да сотвори2: | |

| сіS пред8 соб0ръ и3зведeна бyдетъ, и3 на чaдэхъ є3S посэщeніе бyдетъ: | |

| не ўкоренsтсz ч†да є3S въ к0рень, и3 вBтви є3S не сотворsтъ плодA: | |

| и3 њстaвитъ на клsтву пaмzть свою2, и3 поношeніе є3S не потреби1тсz. | |

| И# ўразумёютъ њстaвльшіисz, ћкw ничт0же лyчше стрaха гDнz, и3 ничт0же сладчaе, т0кмw внимaти зaповэдемъ гDнимъ. | |

|
| Слaва вeліz є4же послёдовати бGу, долготa же днjй є4же пріsту тебЁ бhти t негw2. |
