|
Істинно, істинно кажу вам: хто входить в овечий двір не дверима, а десь перелазить, той злодій і розбійник.
|
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the fold of the sheep, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.
|

|
А хто входить у двері, той пастир овець.
|
But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.
|
|

|
Йому воротар відчиняє, і вівці голос його чують, він кличе своїх овець на ймення і виводить їх.
|
To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out.
|

|
І коли виведе своїх овець, йде поперед них, а вівці йдуть за ним, бо знають його голос.
|
And when he hath put forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.
|

|
|
За чужим же не йдуть, а тікають від нього, бо не знають чужого голосу.
|
And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.
|

|
Цю притчу сказав їм Ісус; але вони не зрозуміли, про що Він говорив їм.
|
This parable spake Jesus unto them: but they understood not what things they were which he spake unto them.
|
|

|
|
Отже, знову сказав їм Ісус: істинно, істинно кажу вам, що Я двері вівцям.
|
Jesus therefore said unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.
|
|

|
|
Всі, скільки їх приходило переді Мною, є злодії й розбійники; але вівці не послухали їх.
|
All that have come are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them.
|
|

|
|
Я є двері: хто через Мене увійде, той спасеться, і увійде, і вийде, і пасовище знайде.
|
I am the door; by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and go out, and shall find pasture.
|
|

|
|
Злодій приходить тільки для того, щоб украсти, вбити й погубити. Я прийшов для того, щоб мали життя, і надто мали.
|
The thief cometh not, but that he may steal, and kill, and destroy: I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly.
|

|
|
Я Пастир Добрий: пастир добрий душу свою покладає за овець.
|
I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd layeth down his life for the sheep.
|
|

|
|
А наймит, не пастир, якому вівці не свої, побачивши, що йде вовк, кидає овець і тікає, а вовк хапає і розганяє овець.
|
But he that is a hireling, and not a shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, beholdeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth, and the wolf snatcheth them, and scattereth the sheep:

|
А наймит тікає, бо він наймит, і не турбується про овець.
|
and the hireling fleeth, because he is a hireling, and careth not for the sheep.
|

|
|
Я ж Пастир Добрий; і знаю Моїх, і знають Мене Мої.
|
I am the good shepherd; and I know mine own, and am known of mine own,
|
|

|

|
|
Як знає Мене Отець, так і Я знаю Отця; і душу Мою покладаю за овець.
|
even as the Father knoweth me, and I know the Father; and I lay down my life for the sheep.
|
|

|
16
|
|
Й інших овець маю, які не з цього двору, і тих Мені треба привести; і голос Мій почують, і буде одне стадо і один Пастир.
|
And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one flock, one shepherd.
|

|
|
Тому любить Мене Отець, що Я душу Мою віддаю, щоб знову прийняти її.
|
Therefore doth the Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I may take it again.
|
|

|
|
Ніхто не відбирає її від Мене, але Я Сам віддаю її. Маю владу віддати її і владу маю знову прийняти її. Цю заповідь Я прийняв від Отця Мого.
|
No one taketh it away from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment received I from my Father.

|
Через ці слова знову виникла суперечка між юдеями.
|
There arose a division therefore again among the Jews because of these words.
|
|

|
Багато з них говорили: Він біса має і безумствує; чому ж слухаєте Його?
|
And many of them said, He hath a demon, and is mad; why hear ye him?
|
|

|
|
Інші говорили: це слова не біснуватого; хіба може біс відкривати очі сліпим?
|
Others said, These are not the sayings of one possessed with a demon. Can a demon open the eyes of the blind?
|
|

|
|
Було тоді в Єрусалимі свято оновлення, і стояла зима.
|
And it was the feast of the dedication at Jerusalem, and it was winter;
|
|

|
|
Ісус ходив у храмі, у притворі Соломоновім.
|
and Jesus was walking in the temple in Solomon’s porch.
|
|

|
|
Тут юдеї обступили Його і говорили Йому: чи довго триматимеш душі наші у невіданні? Якщо Ти Христос, скажи нам прямо.
|
The Jews therefore came round about him, and said unto him, How long dost thou hold us in suspense? If thou art the Christ, tell us plainly.
|

|
Ісус відповів їм: Я сказав вам, і не вірите; діла, які Я творю в ім’я Отця Мого, свідчать про Мене.
|
Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believe not: the works that I do in my Father’s name, these bear witness of me.
|

|
|
Але ви не вірите, бо ви не з Моїх овець, як Я сказав вам.
|
But ye believe not, for ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you.
|
|

|

|
|
Вівці Мої голосу Мого слухаються, і Я знаю їх; і вони йдуть за Мною.
|
My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
|
|

|

|
|
І Я дам їм життя вічне, і не загинуть повік; і ніхто не викраде їх з руки Моєї.
|
and I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, and no one shall snatch them out of my hand.
|
|

|
|
Отець Мій, Який дав Мені їх, більший за всіх, і ніхто не може викрасти їх з руки Отця Мого.
|
My Father, who hath given them unto me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of my Father’s hand.
|
|

|
|
Я і Отець — єдине.
|
I and the Father are one.
|

|
|
Тут знов юдеї схопили каміння, щоб побити Його.
|
The Jews therefore took up stones again to stone him.
|
|

|

|
|
Ісус відповів їм: багато добрих діл показав Я вам від Отця Мого; за яке з них хочете побити Мене камінням?
|
Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shown you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me?
|
|

|
|
Юдеї сказали Йому у відповідь: не за добрі діла хочемо побити Тебе камінням, а за богохульство і за те, що Ти, будучи людиною, робиш Себе Богом.
|
The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not, but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.

|
Ісус відповів їм: чи не написано в законі вашому: Я сказав, що ви боги?
|
Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?
|

|
|
Якщо назвав богами тих, до кого було слово Боже, і не може порушитись Писання, —
|
If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came (and the scripture cannot be broken),
|
|

|

|
|
чи Тому, Якого Отець освятив і послав у світ, ви говорите, що богохульствує, бо сказав: Я Син Божий?
|
say ye of him, whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?
|
|

|
|
Якщо Я не творю діл Отця Мого, не вірте Мені;
|
If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not.
|
|
38
|

|
|
а якщо творю, то, коли не вірите Мені, вірте ділам Моїм, щоб пізнати і повірити, що Отець в Мені і Я в Ньому.
|
But if I do them, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know and believe that the Father is in me, and I in him.
|

|
|
Тоді знову намагалися Його схопити; але Він ухилився від рук їхніх.
|
They sought therefore again to take him: and he went forth out of their hand.
|
|
40
|
40
|
|
І пішов знову на той бік Йордану, на те місце, де раніше хрестив Іоан, і залишився там.
|
And he went away again beyond the Jordan into the place where John was at the first baptizing; and there he abode.
|
|

|

|
|
І багато прийшло до Нього і говорили, що Іоан не створив жодного чуда, але все, що Іоан сказав про Нього, було правдою.
|
And many came unto him; and they said, John indeed did no sign: but all things whatsoever John spake of this man were true.
|
|

|
|
І багато хто там увірував у Нього.
|
And many believed on him there.
