|
Be thou exalted, thou that judgest the earth: render a reward to the proud.
|
Бог отмще́ній Госпо́дь, Бог отмще́ній не обину́лся єсть.
|
|

|
|
How long shall sinners, O Lord, how long shall sinners boast?
|
Вознеси́ся, судя́й землі́, возда́ждь воздая́ніє го́рдим.
|
|

|

|
|
They will utter and speak unrighteousness; all the workers of iniquity will speak so.
|
Доко́лі грі́шници, Го́споди, доко́лі грі́шници восхва́ляться?
|
|

|
4
|
|
They have afflicted thy people, O Lord, and hurt thine heritage.
|
Провіща́ють і возглаго́лють непра́вду, возглаго́лють всі ді́лающії беззако́ніє?
|
|

|

|
|
They have slain the widow and fatherless, and murdered the stranger.
|
Лю́ди Твоя́, Го́споди, смири́ша, і достоя́ніє Твоє́ озло́биша:
|
|

|

|
|
And they said, The Lord shall not see, neither shall the God of Jacob understand.
|
вдови́цю і си́ра умори́ша, і прише́лця уби́ша,
|
|
8
|

|
|
Understand now, ye simple among the people; and ye fools, at length be wise.
|
і рі́ша: не у́зрить Госпо́дь, ніже́ уразумі́єть Бог Іа́ковль.
|
|

|

|
|
He that planted the ear, does he not hear? or he that formed the eye, does not he perceive?
|
Разумі́йте же, безу́мнії в лю́дех, і бу́її ні́когда, умудрі́теся;
|
|

|

|
|
He that chastises the heathen, shall not he punish, even he that teaches man knowledge?
|
насажде́й у́хо, не сли́шить ли? Іли́ созда́вий о́ко, не сматря́єть ли?
|
|

|

|
|
The Lord knows the thoughts of men, that they are vain.
|
Наказу́яй язи́ки, не обличи́ть ли, уча́й челові́ка ра́зуму?
|
|

|

|
|
Blessed is the man whomsoever thou shalt chasten, O Lord, and shalt teach him out of thy law;
|
Госпо́дь вість помишле́нія челові́чеськая, я́ко суть су́єтна.
|
|

|

|
|
to give him rest from evil days, until a pit be digged for the sinful one.
|
Блаже́н челові́к, єго́же а́ще нака́жеши, Го́споди, і от зако́на Твоєго́ научи́ши єго́;
|
|
14
|

|
|
For the Lord will not cast off his people, neither will he forsake his inheritance;
|
укроти́ти єго́ от дній лю́тих, до́ндеже ізри́ється грі́шному я́ма.
|
|
15
|

|
|
until righteousness return to judgment, and all the upright in heart shall follow it. Pause.
|
Я́ко не отри́неть Госпо́дь люді́й Свої́х, і достоя́нія Своєго́ не оста́вить;
|
|
16
|
15
|
|
Who will rise up for me against the transgressors? or who will stand up with me against the workers of iniquity?
|
до́ндеже пра́вда обрати́ться на суд, і держа́щіїся єя́ всі пра́вії се́рдцем.
|
|

|

|
|
If the Lord had not helped me, my soul had almost sojourned in Hades.
|
Кто воста́неть мі на лука́внующия? Іли́ кто спредста́неть мі на ді́лающия беззако́ніє?
|
|
18
|

|
|
If I said, My foot has been moved;
|
А́ще не Госпо́дь помо́гл би мі, вма́лі всели́лася би во ад душа́ моя́.
|
|

|

|
|
thy mercy, O Lord, helped me. O Lord, according to the multitude of my griefs within my heart, thy consolations have soothed my soul.
|
А́ще глаго́лах: подви́жеся нога́ моя́, ми́лость Твоя́, Го́споди, помога́ше мі:
|
|

|

|
|
Shall the throne of iniquity have fellowship with thee, which frames mischief by an ordinance?
|
по мно́жеству болі́зней мої́х в се́рдці моє́м, утіше́нія Твоя́ возвесели́ша ду́шу мою́.
|
|

|

|
|
They will hunt for the soul of the righteous, and condemn innocent blood.
|
Да не пребу́деть Тебі́ престо́л беззако́нія, созида́яй труд на повелі́ніє.
|
|
22
|

|
|
But the Lord was my refuge; and my God the helper of my hope.
|
Улов'я́ть на ду́шу пра́ведничу, і кров непови́нную осу́дять.
|
|
23
|
22
|
|
And he will recompense to them their iniquity and their wickedness: the Lord our God shall utterly destroy them.
|
І бисть мні Госпо́дь в прибі́жище, і Бог мой в по́мощ упова́нія моєго́;
