Ўслhшите сі‰, вси2 kзhцы, внуши1те, вси2 живyщіи по вселeннэй,
|
Hear these words, all ye nations, hearken, all ye that dwell upon the earth:

|
земнор0дніи же и3 сhнове человёчестіи, вкyпэ богaтъ и3 ўб0гъ.
|
both the sons of mean men, and sons of great men; the rich and poor man together.
|
|

|
|
ЎстA мо‰ возглаг0лютъ премyдрость, и3 поучeніе сeрдца моегw2 рaзумъ.
|
My mouth shall speak of wisdom; and the meditation of my heart shall bring forth understanding.
|
|

|
|
Приклоню2 въ при1тчу ќхо моE, tвeрзу во pалти1ри ганaніе моE.
|
I will incline mine ear to a parable: I will open my riddle on the harp.
|
|

|
Вскyю бою1сz въ дeнь лю1тъ; беззак0ніе пzты2 моеS њбhдетъ мS.
|
Wherefore should I fear in the evil day? the iniquity of my heel shall compass me.
|
|

|
Надёющіисz на си1лу свою2 и3 њ мн0жествэ богaтства своегw2 хвaлzщіисz:
|
They that trust in their strength, and boast themselves in the multitude of their wealth—
|

|
|
брaтъ не и3збaвитъ, и3збaвитъ ли человёкъ; не дaстъ бGу и3змёны за сS,
|
A brother does not redeem, shall a man redeem? he shall not give to God a ransom for himself,
|
|

|

|
|
и3 цёну и3збавлeніz души2 своеS: и3 ўтруди1сz въ вёкъ,
|
or the price of the redemption of his soul, though he labour for ever,
|
|

|

|
|
и3 жи1въ бyдетъ до концA, не ќзритъ пaгубы.
|
and live to the end, so that he should not see corruption.
|
|

|
|
Е#гдA ўви1дитъ прем{дрыz ўмирaющыz, вкyпэ безyменъ и3 несмhсленъ поги1бнутъ, и3 њстaвzтъ чужди6мъ богaтство своE.
|
When he shall see wise men dying, the fool and the senseless one shall perish together; and they shall leave their wealth to strangers.
|

|
И# гр0би и4хъ жили6ща и4хъ во вёкъ, селє1ніz и4хъ въ р0дъ и3 р0дъ, нарек0ша и3менA сво‰ на землsхъ.
|
And their sepulchres are their houses for ever, even their tabernacles to all generations: they have called their lands after their own names.
|

И# человёкъ въ чeсти сhй не разумЁ, приложи1сz скотHмъ несмhслєннымъ и3 ўпод0бисz и5мъ.
|
And man being in honour, understands not: he is compared to the senseless cattle, and is like to them.
|
|

|
Сeй пyть и4хъ соблaзнъ и5мъ, и3 по си1хъ во ўстёхъ свои1хъ благоволsтъ.
|
This their way is an offence to them: yet afterwards men will commend their sayings. Pause.
|

|
Ћкw џвцы во ѓдэ положeни сyть, смeрть ўпасeтъ |: и3 њбладaютъ и4ми прaвіи заyтра, и3 п0мощь и4хъ њбетшaетъ во ѓдэ: t слaвы своеS и3зриновeни бhша.
|
They have laid them as sheep in Hades; death shall feed on them; and the upright shall have dominion over them in the morning, and their help shall fail in Hades from their glory.
|

|
Nбaче бGъ и3збaвитъ дyшу мою2 и3з8 руки2 ѓдовы, є3гдA пріeмлетъ мS.
|
But God shall deliver my soul from the power of Hades, when he shall receive me. Pause.
|

|
Не ўб0йсz, є3гдA разбогатёетъ человёкъ, и3ли2 є3гдA ўмн0житсz слaва д0му є3гw2:
|
Fear not when a man is enriched, and when the glory of his house is increased.
|
|

|
|
ћкw внегдA ўмрeти є3мY, не в0зметъ вс‰, нижE сни1детъ съ ни1мъ слaва є3гw2.
|
For he shall take nothing when he dies; neither shall his glory descend with him.
|
|

|
|
Ћкw душA є3гw2 въ животЁ є3гw2 благослови1тсz, и3сповёстсz тебЁ, є3гдA благосотвори1ши є3мY.
|
For his soul shall be blessed in his life: he shall give thanks to thee when thou dost well to him.
|
|

|
|
Вни1детъ дaже до р0да nтє1цъ свои1хъ, дaже до вёка не ќзритъ свёта.
|
Yet he shall go in to the generation of his fathers; he shall never see light.
|
|

|
|
И# человёкъ въ чeсти сhй не разумЁ, приложи1сz скотHмъ несмhслєннымъ и3 ўпод0бисz и5мъ.
|
