| Іспові́дайтеся Го́сподеві, я́ко благ, я́ко во вік ми́лость Єго́. | Alleluia. Give thanks to the Lord; for he is good: for his mercy endures for ever. |

| Кто возглаго́леть си́ли Госпо́дні, сли́шани сотвори́ть вся хвали́ Єго́? | Who shall tell the mighty acts of the Lord? who shall cause all his praises to be heard? |

|
| Блаже́нні храня́щії суд і творя́щії пра́вду во вся́коє вре́м'я. | Blessed are they that keep judgment, and do righteousness at all times. |
|

|
| Пом'яни́ нас, Го́споди, во благоволе́нії люді́й Твої́х, посіти́ нас спасе́нієм Твої́м, | Remember us, O Lord, with the favour thou hast to thy people: visit us with thy salvation; |
|

|
| ви́діти во бла́гості ізбра́нния Твоя́, возвесели́тися в весе́лії язи́ка Твоєго́, хвали́тися с достоя́нієм Твої́м. | that we may behold the good of thine elect, that we may rejoice in the gladness of thy nation, that we may glory with thine inheritance. |

| Согріши́хом со отці́ на́шими, беззако́нновахом, непра́вдовахом; | We have sinned with our fathers, we have transgressed, we have done unrighteously. |

| отці́ на́ші во Єги́пті не разумі́ша чуде́с Твої́х, ні пом'яну́ша мно́жества ми́лости Твоєя́; і преогорчи́ша восходя́ще в Чермно́є мо́ре. | Our fathers in Egypt understood not thy wonders, and remembered not the multitude of thy mercy; but provoked him as they went up by the Red Sea. |

| І спасе́ їх і́мене Своєго́ ра́ди, сказа́ти си́лу Свою́; | Yet he saved them for his name's sake, that he might cause his mighty power to be known. |

|
| і запрети́ Чермно́му мо́рю, і ізся́че; і наста́ви [преведе́] я в бе́здні я́ко в пусти́ні. | And he rebuked the Red Sea, and it was dried up: so he led them through the deep as through the wilderness. |
|

|
| І спасе́ я із руки́ ненави́дящих і ізба́ви я із руки́ враго́в. | And he saved them out of the hand of them that hated them, and redeemed them out of the hand of the enemy. |
|

|
| Покри́ вода́ стужа́ющия їм; ні єди́н от них ізби́сть. | The water covered those that oppressed them: there was not one of them left. |
|

|
| І ві́роваша словесі́ Єго́ і воспі́ша хвалу́ Єго́. | Then they believed his words, and celebrated his praise. |
|

|
| Ускори́ша, заби́ша діла́ Єго́, не стерпі́ша сові́та Єго́; | They made haste, they forgot his works; they waited not for his counsel. |
|

|
| і похоті́ша жела́нію в пусти́ні і іскуси́ша Бо́га в безво́дній. | And they lusted exceedingly in the wilderness, and tempted God in the dry land. |
|

|
| І даде́ їм проше́ніє їх, посла́ си́тость в ду́ші їх. | And he gave them their request, and sent fulness into their souls. |

|
| І прогні́ваша Моїсе́я в стану́, Ааро́на, свята́го Госпо́дня. | They provoked Moses also in the camp, and Aaron the holy one of the Lord. |

|
| Отве́рзеся земля́ і пожре́ Дафа́на і покри́ на со́нмищи Авиро́на; | The earth opened and swallowed up Dathan, and closed upon the congregation of Abiron. |
|

|
| і разжже́ся огнь в со́нмі їх, пла́мень попали́ грі́шники. | And a fire was kindled in their congregation, and a flame burnt up the sinners. |
|

|
| І сотвори́ша тельця́ в Хори́ві і поклони́шася істука́нному; | And they made a calf in Choreb, and worshipped the graven image, |

|
20
|
| і ізміни́ша сла́ву Єго́ в подо́біє тельця́ яду́щаго траву́. | and they changed their glory into the similitude of a calf that feeds on grass. |
|

|
| І заби́ша Бо́га спаса́ющаго їх, сотво́ршаго ве́лія во Єги́пті, | They forgot God that saved them, who had wrought great deeds in Egypt; |

|
| чудеса́ в землі́ Ха́мові, стра́шная в мо́рі Чермні́м. | wondrous works in the land of Cham, and terrible things at the Red Sea. |

|
| І рече́ потреби́ти їх, а́ще не би Моїсе́й ізбра́нний Єго́ стал в сокруше́нії пред Ним, возврати́ти я́рость Єго́, да не погуби́ть їх. | So he said that he would have destroyed them, had not Moses his chosen stood before him in the breach, to turn him away from the fierceness of his anger, so that he should not destroy them. |

| І унічижи́ша зе́млю жела́нную, не я́ша ві́ри словесі́ Єго́; | Moreover they set at nought the desirable land, and believed not his word. |
|

|
| і поропта́ша в селе́ніїх свої́х, не усли́шаша гла́са Госпо́дня. | And they murmured in their tents: they hearkened not to the voice of the Lord. |
|

|
| І воздви́же ру́ку Свою́ на ня, низложи́ти я в пусти́ні, | So he lifted up his hand against them, to cast them down in the wilderness; |
|
27
|
27
|
| і низложи́ти сі́м'я їх во язи́ціх, і расточи́ти я в страни́. | and to cast down their seed among the nations, and to scatter them in the countries. |
|

|

|
| І причасти́шася Веєльфего́ру і снідо́ша же́ртви ме́ртвих; | They were joined also to Beelphegor, and ate the sacrifices of the dead. And they provoked him with their devices; |
|

|
| і раздражи́ша Єго́ в начина́ніїх свої́х, і умно́жися в них паде́ніє. | and destruction was multiplied among them. |
|

|

|
| І ста Фінеє́с і уми́лостиви, і преста́ січ; | Then Phinees stood up, and made atonement: and the plague ceased. |
|

|
| і вміни́ся єму́ в пра́вду, в род і род до ві́ка. | And it was counted to him for righteousness, to all generations for ever. |

|
| І прогні́ваша єго́ на воді́ преріка́нія, і озло́блен бисть Моїсе́й їх ра́ди; | They provoked him also at the water of Strife, and Moses was hurt for their sakes; |
|

|
| я́ко преогорчи́ша дух єго́ і ра́знствова устна́ма свої́ма. | for they provoked his spirit, and he spoke unadvisedly with his lips. |

|
| Не потреби́ша язи́ки, я́же рече́ Госпо́дь їм. | They destroyed not the nations which the Lord told them to destroy; |

|
35
|
| І сміси́шася во язи́ціх і навико́ша діло́м їх; | but were mingled with the heathen, and learned their works. |
|

|
36
|
| і порабо́таша істука́нним їх, і бисть їм в собла́зн. | And they served their graven images; and it became an offence to them. |
|

|
37
|
| І пожро́ша си́ни своя́ і дще́рі своя́ бісово́м, | And they sacrificed their sons and their daughters to devils, |

|
38
|
| і пролія́ша кров непови́нную, кров сино́в свої́х і дще́рей, я́же пожро́ша істука́нним ханаа́нським; і убіє́на бисть земля́ їх кровми́ | and shed innocent blood, the blood of their sons and daughters, whom they sacrificed to the idols of Chanaan; and the land was defiled with blood, |

| і оскверни́ся в ді́ліх їх; і соблуди́ша в начина́ніїх свої́х. | and was polluted with their works; and they went a whoring with their own devices. |

|
| І разгні́вася я́ростію Госпо́дь на лю́ди Своя́ і омерзи́ достоя́ніє Своє́; | So the Lord was very angry with his people, and he abhorred his inheritance. |

|

|
| і предаде́ я в ру́ки враго́в, і облада́ша ї́ми ненави́дящії їх. | And he delivered them into the hands of their enemies; and they that hated them ruled over them. |
|

|
42
|
| І стужи́ша їм вразі́ їх; і смири́шася под рука́ми їх. | And their enemies oppressed them, and they were brought down under their hands. |
|

|
43
|
| Мно́жицею ізба́ви я; ті́ї же преогорчи́ша Єго́ сові́том свої́м, і смири́шася в беззако́ніїх свої́х. | Many a time he delivered them; but they provoked him by their counsel, and they were brought low by their iniquities. |

|
| І ви́ді Госпо́дь, внегда́ скорбі́ти їм, внегда́ усли́шаше моле́ніє їх; | Yet the Lord looked upon their affliction, when he heard their petition. |
|

|

|
| і пом'яну́ заві́т Свой, і раска́яся по мно́жеству ми́лости Своєя́; | And he remembered his covenant, and repented according to the multitude of his mercy. |
|

46
|
| і даде́ я в щедро́ти пред всі́ми пліни́вшими я. | And he caused them to be pitied in the sight of all who carried them captive. |
|

47
|
| Спаси́ ни, Го́споди, Бо́же наш, і собери́ ни от язи́к, іспові́датися і́мені Твоєму́ свято́му, хвали́тися во хвалі́ Твоє́й. | Save us, O Lord our God, and gather us from among the heathen, that we may give thanks to thy holy name, that we may glory in thy praise. |

| Благослове́н Госпо́дь Бог Ізра́їлев от ві́ка і до ві́ка. І реку́ть всі лю́діє: бу́ди, бу́ди! | Blessed be the Lord God of Israel from everlasting and to everlasting; and all the people shall say, Amen, Amen. |
