| Го́споди Бо́же мой, на Тя упова́х, спаси́ м'я от всіх гоня́щих м'я і ізба́ви м'я; | O Lord my God, in thee have I trusted: save me from all them that persecute me, and deliver me. |

| да не когда́ похи́тить, я́ко лев, ду́шу мою́, не су́щу ізбавля́ющу, ніже́ спаса́ющу. | Lest at any time the enemy seize my soul as a lion, while there is none to ransom, nor to save. |
|

| Го́споди Бо́же мой, а́ще сотвори́х сіє́, а́ще єсть непра́вда в руку́ моє́ю, | O Lord my God, if I have done this; (if there is unrighteousness in my hands;) |

| а́ще возда́х воздаю́щим мі зла, да отпаду́ у́бо от враг мої́х тощ; | if I have requited with evil those who requited me with good; may I then perish empty by means of my enemies. |
|

|
| да пожене́ть у́бо враг ду́шу мою́, і да пости́гнеть, і попере́ть в зе́млю живо́т мой, і сла́ву мою́ в персть всели́ть. | Let the enemy persecute my soul, and take it; and let him trample my life on the ground, and lay my glory in the dust. Pause. |

| Воскресни́, Го́споди, гні́вом Твої́м, вознеси́ся в конця́х враг Твої́х, і воста́ни, Го́споди Бо́же мой, повелі́нієм, і́мже запові́дал єси́, | Arise, O Lord, in thy wrath; be exalted in the utmost boundaries of mine enemies: awake, O Lord my God, according to the decree which thou didst command. |

| і сонм люді́й оби́деть Тя, і о том на висоту́ обрати́ся. | And the congregation of the nations shall compass thee: and for this cause do thou return on high. |

| Госпо́дь су́дить лю́дем; суди́ мі, Го́споди, по пра́вді моє́й і по незло́бі моє́й на м'я. | The Lord shall judge the nations: judge me, O Lord, according to my righteousness, and according to my innocence that is in me. |
|

| Да сконча́ється зло́ба грі́шних, і іспра́виши пра́веднаго, іспита́яй сердця́ і утро́би, Бо́же, пра́ведно. | Oh let the wickedness of sinners come to an end; and then thou shalt direct the righteous, O God that searchest the hearts and reins. |

| По́мощ моя́ от Бо́га, спаса́ющаго пра́вия се́рдцем. | My help is righteous, coming from God who saves the upright in heart. |

| Бог суди́тель пра́веден, і крі́пок, і долготерпіли́в, і не гнів наводя́й на всяк день. | God is a righteous judge, and strong, and patient, not inflicting vengeance every day. |
|

| А́ще не обратите́ся, ору́жіє своє́ очи́стить, лук Свой напряже́, і угото́ва ї, | If ye will not repent, he will furbish his sword; he has bent his bow, and made it ready. |
|

|
| і в нем угото́ва сосу́ди сме́ртния, стрі́ли Своя́ сгара́ємим соді́ла. | And on it he has fitted the instruments of death; he has completed his arrows for the raging ones. |
|

|
| Се, болі́ непра́вдою, зача́т болі́знь і роди́ беззако́ніє; | Behold, he has travailed with unrighteousness, he has conceived trouble, and brought forth iniquity. |
|

|
| ров ізри́ і іскопа́ ї, і паде́ть в я́му, ю́же соді́ла. | He has opened a pit, and dug it up, and he shall fall into the ditch which he has made. |
|

| Обрати́ться болі́знь єго́ на главу́ єго́, і на верх єго́ непра́вда єго́ сни́деть. | His trouble shall return on his own head, and his unrighteousness shall come down on his own crown. |
|

|
| Іспові́мся Го́сподеві по пра́вді Єго́ і пою́ і́мені Го́спода Ви́шняго. | I will give thanks to the Lord according to his righteousness; I will sing to the name of the Lord most high. |
