| приймі́те псало́м і даді́те тимпа́н, псалти́р красе́н с гу́сльми; | Take a psalm, and produce the timbrel, the pleasant psaltery with the harp. |

| вострубі́те в новомісячії трубо́ю, во благознамени́тий день пра́здника ва́шего; | Blow the trumpet at the new moon, in the glorious day of your feast. |

| я́ко повелі́ніє Ізра́їлеві єсть, і судьба́ Бо́гу Іа́ковлю. | For this is an ordinance for Israel, and a statute of the God of Jacob. |

| Свиді́ніє во Іо́сифі положи́ є, внегда́ ізи́ти єму́ от землі́ єги́петськия; язи́ка, єго́же не ві́дяше, усли́ша. | He made it to be a testimony in Joseph, when he came forth out of the land of Egypt: he heard a language which he understood not. |

| От'я́т от бре́мене хребе́т єго́; ру́ці єго́ в коші́ порабо́тасті. | He removed his back from burdens: his hands slaved in making the baskets. |

| В ско́рбі призва́л М'я єси́, і ізба́вих тя; усли́шах тя в та́йні бу́рні; іскуси́х тя на воді́ преріка́нія. | Thou didst call upon me in trouble, and I delivered thee; I heard thee in the secret place of the storm: I proved thee at the water of Strife. Pause. |

| Сли́шіте, лю́діє мої́, і засвиді́тельствую вам, Ізра́їлю, а́ще послу́шаєши Мене́; | Hear, my people, and I will speak to thee, O Israel; and I will testify to thee: if thou wilt hearken to me; |

| не бу́деть тебі́ бог нов, ніже́ поклони́шися бо́гу чужде́му. | there shall be no new god in thee; neither shalt thou worship a strange god. |

| Аз бо єсьм Госпо́дь, Бог твой, ізведи́й тя от землі́ Єги́петськия; разшири́ уста́ твоя́, і іспо́лню я. | For I am the Lord thy God, that brought thee out of the land of Egypt: open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it. |

| І не послу́шаша лю́діє Мої́ гла́са Моєго́, і Ізра́їль не внят Мі; | But my people hearkened not to my voice; and Israel gave no heed to me. |

| і отпусти́х я по начина́нієм серде́ць їх, по́йдуть в начина́ніїх свої́х. | So I let them go after the ways of their own hearts: they will go on in their own ways. |

| А́ще би́ша лю́діє Мої́ послу́шали Мене́, Ізра́їль а́ще би в путі́ Моя́ ходи́л; | If my people had hearkened to me, if Israel had walked in my ways, |

| ні о чесо́мже у́бо враги́ єго́ смири́л бих, і на оскорбля́ющия їх возложи́л бих ру́ку Мою́. | I should have put down their enemies very quickly, and should have laid my hand upon those that afflicted them. |

| Вразі́ Госпо́дні солга́ша Єму́, і бу́деть вре́м'я їх в вік; | The Lord's enemies should have lied to him: but their time shall be for ever. |

| і напита́ їх от ту́ка пшени́чна, і от ка́мене ме́да наси́ти їх. | And he fed them with the fat of wheat; and satisfied them with honey out of the rock. |
