| На Тя, Го́споди, упова́х, да не постижу́ся во вік. | By David, a Psalm sung by the sons of Jonadab, and the first that were taken captive. O Lord, I have hoped in thee: let me never be put to shame. |

| Пра́вдою Твоє́ю ізба́ви м'я і ізми́ м'я; приклони́ ко мні у́хо Твоє́ і спаси́ м'я. | In thy righteousness deliver me and rescue me: incline thine ear to me, and save me. |

| Бу́ди мі в Бо́га Защи́тителя і в мі́сто крі́пко спасти́ м'я, я́ко утвержде́ніє моє́ і прибі́жище моє́ єси́ Ти. | Be to me a protecting God, and a strong hold to save me: for thou art my fortress and my refuge. |

| Бо́же мой, ізба́ви м'я із руки́ грі́шнаго, із руки́ законопресту́пнаго і оби́дящаго. | Deliver me, O my God, from the hand of the sinner, from the hand of the transgressor and unjust man. |

| Я́ко Ти єси́ терпі́ніє моє́, Го́споди, Го́споди, упова́ніє моє́ от ю́ности моєя́. | For thou art my support, O Lord; O Lord, thou art my hope from my youth. |

| В Тебі́ утверди́хся от утро́би, от чре́ва ма́тере моєя́ Ти єси́ мой покрови́тель, о Тебі́ пі́ніє моє́ ви́ну. | On thee have I been stayed from the womb: from the belly of my mother thou art my protector: of thee is my praise continually. |

| Я́ко чу́до бих мно́гим, і Ти помо́щник мой крі́пок. | I am become as it were a wonder to many; but thou art my strong helper. |

| Да іспо́лняться уста́ моя́ хвале́нія, я́ко да воспою́ сла́ву Твою́, весь день великолі́піє Твоє́. | Let my mouth be filled with praise, that I may hymn thy glory, and thy majesty all the day. |

| Не отве́ржи мене́ во вре́м'я ста́рости, внегда́ оскудіва́ти крі́пості моє́й, не оста́ви мене́. | Cast me not off at the time of old age; forsake me not when my strength fails. |

| Я́ко рі́ша вразі́ мої́ мні, і стрегу́щії ду́шу мою́ совіща́ша вку́пі, | For mine enemies have spoken against me; and they that lay wait for my soul have taken counsel together, |

| глаго́люще: Бог оста́вил єсть єго́, пожені́те і імі́те єго́, я́ко ність ізбавля́яй. | saying, God has forsaken him: persecute ye and take him; for there is none to deliver him. |

| Бо́же мой, не удали́ся от мене́; Бо́же мой, в по́мощ мою́ воньми́. | O God, go not far from me, O my God, draw nigh to my help. |
|

|
| Да постидя́ться і ізче́знуть оклевета́ющії ду́шу мою́, да облеку́ться в студ і срам і́щущії зла́я мні. | Let those that plot against my soul be ashamed and utterly fail: let those that seek my hurt be clothed with shame and dishonour. |

| Аз же всегда́ возупова́ю на Тя, і приложу́ на вся́ку похвалу́ Твою́. | But I will hope continually, and will praise thee more and more. |

| Уста́ моя́ возвістя́ть пра́вду Твою́, весь день — спасе́ніє Твоє́, я́ко не позна́х кни́жная. | My mouth shall declare thy righteousness openly, and thy salvation all the day; for I am not acquainted with the affairs of men. |

| Вни́ду в си́лі Госпо́дні; Го́споди, пом'яну́ пра́вду Тебе́ єди́наго. | I will go on in the might of the Lord: O Lord, I will make mention of thy righteousness only. |

| Бо́же мой, ї́мже научи́л м'я єси́ от ю́ности моєя́, і дони́ні возвіщу́ чудеса́ Твоя́. | O God, thou hast taught me from my youth, and until now will I declare thy wonders; |

| І да́же до ста́рости і престарі́нія, Бо́же мой, не оста́ви мене́, до́ндеже возвіщу́ ми́шцю Твою́ ро́ду всему́ гряду́щему, | even until I am old and advanced in years. O God, forsake me not; until I shall have declared thine arm to all the generation that is to come: |

| си́лу Твою́ і пра́вду Твою́, Бо́же, да́же до ви́шніх, я́же сотвори́л мі єси́ вели́чія; Бо́же, кто подо́бен Тебі́? | even thy power and thy righteousness, O God, up to the highest heavens, even the mighty works which thou hast done: O God, who is like to thee? |

| Єли́ки яви́л мі єси́ ско́рбі мно́гі і зли? І обра́щся оживотвори́л м'я єси́ і от бездн землі́ возве́л м'я єси́. | What afflictions many and sore hast thou shewed me! yet thou didst turn and quicken me, and broughtest me again from the depths of the earth. |

| Умно́жил єси́ на мні вели́чествіє Твоє́, і обра́щся уті́шил м'я єси́, і от бездн землі́ па́ки возве́л м'я єси́. | Thou didst multiply thy righteousness, and didst turn and comfort me, and broughtest me again out of the depths of the earth. |

| І́бо аз іспові́мся Тебі́ в лю́дех, Го́споди, в сосу́діх псало́мських і́стину Твою́, Бо́же. Воспою́ Тебі́ в гу́слех, Святи́й Ізра́їлев. | I will also therefore give thanks to thee, O God, because of thy truth, on an instrument of psalmody: I will sing psalms to thee on the harp, O Holy One of Israel. |

| Возра́дуєтіся устні́ мої́, єгда́ воспою́ Тебі́, і душа́ моя́, ю́же єси́ ізба́вил. | My lips shall rejoice when I sing to thee; and my soul, which thou hast redeemed. |

| Єще́ же і язи́к мой весь день поучи́ться пра́вді Твоє́й, єгда́ постидя́ться і посра́м'яться і́щущий зла́я мні. | Moreover also my tongue shall dwell all the day upon thy righteousness; when they shall be ashamed and confounded that seek my hurt. |
