| Alleluia. Blessed is the man that fears the Lord: he will delight greatly in his commandments. | Блажен муж, що боїться Господа і дуже любить заповіді Його. |

| His seed shall be mighty in the earth: the generation of the upright shall be blessed. | Сильним на землі буде покоління його. Рід праведних буде благословенний. |

| Glory and riches shall be in his house; and his righteousness endures for evermore. | Слава і багатство буде в домі його; праведність його перебуватиме вічно. |

| To the upright light has sprung up in darkness: he is pitiful, and merciful, and righteous. | У темряві сяє світло праведникові; він лагідний, милосердний і справедливий. |

| The good man is he that pities and lends: he will direct his affairs with judgment. | Добрий чоловік має милосердя і в позику дає; на суді він твердо говорить слово своє. |

| For he shall not be moved for ever; the righteous shall be in everlasting remembrance. | Він повіки не захитається. Пам’ять праведникові буде вічна. |

| He shall not be afraid of any evil report: his heart is ready to trust in the Lord. | Лихих наклепів він не убоїться; серце його надіється на Господа. |

| His heart is established, he shall not fear, till he shall see his desire upon his enemies. | Упевнене серце його: він не злякається, коли побачить ворогів своїх. |

| He has dispersed abroad; he has given to the poor; his righteousness endures for evermore: his horn shall be exalted with honour. | Він роздає щедро, подає вбогим, праведність його перебуватиме вічно, сила його піднесеться у славі. |

| The sinner shall see and be angry, he shall gnash his teeth, and consume away: the desire of the sinner shall perish. | Побачить це нечестивий і розгнівається, заскрегоче зубами і згине. Бажання нечестивців не здійсниться. |
