| Then I called on the name of the Lord: O Lord, deliver my soul. | Тоді я призвав ім’я Господнє: «Господи, спаси душу мою!» |

| The Lord is merciful and righteous; yea, our God has pity. | Милостивий і праведний Господь; Бог наш милує нас. |

| The Lord preserves the simple: I was brought low, and he delivered me. | Господь охороняє немовлят: я знесилився, і Він допоміг мені. |

| Return to thy rest, O my soul; for the Lord has dealt bountifully with thee. | Повернися, душе моя, у спокій твій, бо Господь облагодіяв тебе. |

| For he has delivered my soul from death, mine eyes from tears, and my feet from falling. | Ти, Господи, спас душу мою від смерти, очі мої — від сліз, ноги мої — від спотикання. Буду ходити перед Господом у країні живих. |
