| Пастирю Ізраїля, поглянь! Ти, Який водив Йосифа, наче ягня, і сидиш на херувимах, явися. | Attend, O Shepherd of Israel, who guidest Joseph like a flock; thou who sittest upon the cherubs, manifest thyself; |

| Перед Єфремом, Веніаміном, Манассією, Господи, піднеси силу Твою і прийди, спаси нас. | before Ephraim and Benjamin and Manasse, stir up thy power, and come to deliver us. |

| Боже, наверни нас, осяй нас світлом лиця Твого, і ми спасемося. | Turn us, O God, and cause thy face to shine; and we shall be delivered. |

| Господи, Боже Сил! Доки будеш гніватися на молитву рабів Твоїх? | O Lord God of hosts, how long art thou angry with the prayer of thy servant? |

| Ти наситив нас хлібом слізним і напоїв нас сльозами великою мірою. | Thou wilt feed us with bread of tears; and wilt cause us to drink tears by measure. |

| Ти поклав нас на осудження сусідам нашим, і вороги наші знущаються з нас. | Thou hast made us a strife to our neighbours; and our enemies have mocked at us. |

| Господи Боже Сил! Наверни нас, осяй нас світлом лиця Твого, і ми спасемося. | Turn us, O Lord God of hosts, and cause thy face to shine; and we shall be saved. Pause. |

| З Єгипту приніс Ти, Господи, виноградну лозу, прогнав народи і насадив її. | Thou hast transplanted a vine out of Egypt: thou hast cast out the heathen, and planted it. |

| Ти очистив місце для неї, зміцнив коріння її і вона заповнила землю. | Thou madest a way before it, and didst cause its roots to strike, and the land was filled with it. |

| Гори покрилися тінню її, і віття її стало як у кедрів Божих. | Its shadow covered the mountains, and its shoots equalled the goodly cedars. |

| Вона простягла паростки свої аж до моря, і віття свої — до ріки (Євфрату). | It sent forth its branches to the sea, and its shoots to the river. |

| Навіщо зруйнував Ти огорожу навкруги виноградника цього? Обриває його кожний, хто йде дорогою. | Wherefore hast thou broken down its hedge, while all that pass by the way pluck it? |

| Підриває коріння його вепр лісовий, і дикий звір пожирає його. | The boar out of the wood has laid it waste, and the wild beast has devoured it. |

| Боже Сил, обернися! Споглянь з небес, Боже, і подивись! Завітай у виноградник цей. | O God of hosts, turn, we pray thee: look on us from heaven, and behold and visit this vine; |

| І охорони його, бо його насадила правиця Твоя і сина людського, якого Ти виростив для Себе. | and restore that which thy right hand has planted: and look on the son of man whom thou didst strengthen for thyself. |

| Спалено його вогнем і порубано його; від грізного погляду лиця Твого загинуть. | It is burnt with fire and dug up: they shall perish at the rebuke of thy presence. |
|

|
| Але нехай буде рука Твоя над мужем правиці Твоєї, і над сином людським, якого Ти укріпив для Себе. | Let thy hand be upon the man of thy right hand, and upon the son of man whom thou didst strengthen for thyself. |

| А ми не відступимо від Тебе. Оживи нас, і ми будемо призивати ім’я Твоє. | So will we not depart from thee: thou shalt quicken us, and we will call upon thy name. |
