Господи, Ти змилувався над землею Твоєю, повернув з неволі синів Якова.

O Lord, thou hast taken pleasure in thy land: thou hast turned back the captivity of Jacob.

|
Ти простив беззаконня народу Твого, покрив усі гріхи їх.
|
Thou hast forgiven thy people their transgressions; thou hast covered all their sins. Pause.
|
|

|
Ти спинив увесь гнів Твій і відвернувся від гніву ярости Твоєї.
|
Thou hast caused all thy wrath to cease: thou hast turned from thy fierce anger.
|
|

|
Поверни нас, Боже, Спасителю наш, і спини гнів Твій проти нас.
|
Turn us, O God of our salvation, and turn thine anger away from us.
|
|

|
Чи ж довіку будеш гніватися на нас? Невже ж продовжиш гнів Твій від роду до роду?
|
Wouldest thou be angry with us for ever? or wilt thou continue thy wrath from generation to generation?
|

|
Боже, повернися і оживи нас, щоб зрадувався Тобою народ Твій.
|
O God, thou wilt turn and quicken us; and thy people shall rejoice in thee.
|

|
Яви нам, Господи, милість Твою і Твоє спасіння дай нам!
|
Shew us thy mercy, O Lord, and grant us thy salvation.
|

Почую, що скаже про мене Господь Бог. Він скаже мир народові Своєму і преподобним Своїм, тим, що звертають серця свої до Нього.
|
I will hear what the Lord God will say concerning me: for he shall speak peace to his people, and to his saints, and to those that turn their heart toward him.

Так близько спасіння Його до тих, що бояться Його, щоб слава Його перебувала на землі нашій.
|
Moreover his salvation is near them that fear him; that glory may dwell in our land.
|

Милість і істина зустрілися, правда і мир поцілувалися.
|
Mercy and truth are met together: righteousness and peace have kissed each other.
|

|
Істина від землі засяяла, а правда з неба прихилилася.
|
Truth has sprung out of the earth; and righteousness has looked down from heaven.
|
|

|
|
Бо Господь пошле нам добро, і земля наша дасть плід свій.
|
For the Lord will give goodness; and our land shall yield her fruit.
|
|

|
|
Правда піде перед Ним і направить на путь стопи наші.
|
Righteousness shall go before him; and shall set his steps in the way.
